Curaleaf - Midtown

Great staff. Tara (I think that was her name) was so patient and understanding with me. She wanted to get me exactly what I wanted. The staff was very educated and polite. Great flower!!

I was ripped off at Midtown. When I brought it to their attention, I was ignored. Whichever employee steals their product is also in charge of their email correspondence. I expect businesses in this industry to take the medication factor seriously, and not pinch from their customers edibles, but when it comes to Midtown, it's every man for themselves. Do not shop here. Any mistake will go ignored and I'm prob not the first customer they ripped off.

Wow! Midtown up'd their flower game big time! Their new flower selection is some of the best I have seen in the valley.

My first time visiting the store the staff was friendly check in was quick in and out but most of all the prices was perfect I went on the opening buy one get one free I got a sweet deal on some dab flower and cartridge I would recommend to come to this store in all I'll be back here good job guys

It's really disappointing to see one of the best dispensaries in the valley go downhill so quick. I've been going to Curaleaf midtown since day 1 of having my medical card but after today, I don't think I plan on going back. I went today to purchase timeless carts (as I do every week) only for them to tell me that they stopped the timeless carts deal due to the legalization of recreational marijuana. I don't see how the fuck that affects me, a medical card holder. I also submitted an online order so my carts can be ready for when I arrive and when I got there, the order was completely messed up. It's clear that Curaleaf doesn't give a shit about their medical patients.

I'm always greeted warmly and taken care of whenever I stop in. Their deals ate EXCELLENT and I have never been disappointed.

Worst flower in downtown area. Brown bud way to over priced. other shops near by have better flower and deals. Seems like another shop just trying to push outdoor falsely claiming indoor. Definitely was not worth the drive.

While it was midtown roots i was treated with respect and my trip was always pleasant, now that it is curaleaf i will not be returning, use your ftp and get outta there. Horrible customer service. Decent quality, but for some reason every curaleaf location ive been to (3 locations at this point) they all have had rude employees.

M reading the comments that have recently passed by here ... I’m shook they like the quality and said there was “ deals” for card holders lol. This curaleaf sold out their medical patients and lost a good loyal customer smh.

There’s no flower displays in your giant glass cases?? I understand nobody can touch or smell with the pandemic but no visual?? A piece of printer paper with strain names??? There’s empty edible boxes that look like trash on display but no flower? How foolish can we get? Also if a person orders online they wait in the same line to get to the counter as everyone else, no time savings or window use. Could not be more of a joke. If this place had any idea how to prepare for adult sales they’d have made their education room a med-only room & had the old room for recreational products. Then you could actually allow people to pick up preorders instead of paying some dude with an attitude sitting in that seat to direct musical chairs. The budtenders here have little idea how to navigate someone through a purchase or figure out the guests desired consumption method (additional wait time, anyone?). They don’t immediately say which products people are limited to and they also have ZERO to say about different terpene profiles or what the product tastes like. This is what you get when you ostracize people who understand cannabis in exchange for QT grade employees at QT grade pay. Congrats. Don’t worry, I still bought stock since $12/hr does bolster a bottom line. Just thought you should know how awful this retail situation is being presented to both seasoned patients and the poor first timers walking in the door. This should never be a wal-mart experience.

Another trash dispensary. Don’t waste your time ordering ahead, it doesn’t matter. You’re still going to go inside and sit in a lobby with 20-30 other people. Not to mention, you get to play musical chairs. So, every time they call someone back, you’re going to get up and sit in the next chair, that who knows how many people have sat in and when the last time it was sanitized. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND SOME OF YOUR PATIENTS HAVE COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEMS. So ignorant. Avoid like covid.

The bud was okay, unless you get the top tier it's not really worth it, wax is not bad at all as they had a great bogo deal on it, as well as the edible bogo for a root beer soda drink was a great deal. Love the idea that they are using this week as a test and having another grand opening where everyone can be a first timer again

This place is great! Right on the light rail, and there's tons of parking if you're driving there. It's new, clean, well lighted, and attractively decorated. My budtender Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely the worst weed in Phoenix definitely outdoor grown and overpriced. 90 percent of the weed smells like grass. had to walk out empty handed.

i love how convenient this location is for me when i take trips downtown. Parking is never a nightmare, like most phx shops. Always have lots of "healthy" strains. Sweet buddenders kinda like the Goonies of marijuana haha.
