This is by far my favorite dispensary in Eugene. Super calming environment, clean, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing atmosphere

As a long time patient and a former bud tender, I believe the Atmosphere could be greatly improved if the staff acknowledged customers as they come in the door. A nice sales floor. I called before and was told there was 3 types of pre rolls available. But when I arrived, I Was told up front they were out but instead for first time visit that I could have 15% off anything in the store even if it was on sale. After standing around for about 10 minutes unacknowledged, a budtender called up a gentleman who offered to let me go first. I asked the budtender about the first time patient deal and she said she just absoltuly couldn't do that for me. I told her what I was interested in and that that's what I was told by the receptionist but she just shrugged and said sorry, so I left...I still haven't gotten to try or even smell any herbs because the prices seemed pretty high to me. I walked down there after having a major surgery thinking it would be worth it, but I left feeling upset and awkward because of how I was treated... I don't see myself returning here especially if there is no consistency with what I am told on the phone or in person. Bummer!

Love the atmosphere of the place and all of the selection you have! So many different strains. Will definitely be coming back. Love the $5 grams.

I think this place is great! It's my favorite place to go and buy some bud. The employees are great and the overall appearance on the inside keeps getting even cooler with time. I always like seeing the cool things they have displayed on their walls/shelves.

Great products and amazing staff!

Every time I have visited this store, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has been so friendly, welcoming, and straight-up cool! They are very knowledgable, customer-orientated, and attractive AF! If anything-go check this store out for the eye-candy, I guarantee you'll like what you see and you'll be a lifer like I am!

Its in a very cute neighborhood spot, with friendly staff. There wasn't a long wait time even late in the day. The theme is really cute and enjoyable and I was very pleased with products and service.

Of the dispensaries I’ve visited nearest where I live as well as in the Eugene area in general, moss crossing is right up there at the top, easy. Granted I haven’t been to every dispensary Eugene has to offer. Moss has a great selection consisting of products produced by farms, extractors etc that I respect and know to be reputable, consistently maintaining high standards of quality and purity. The staff is accommodating and I never feel like they are trying to push any particular product more than the others on the shelves which I really really appreciate. Coming from a second generation cannabis steward and cultivation expert with more than a decade of experience I also can speak to the clone selection having purchased some to play with at home. The clones have been clean healthy and vigorous without root rot or being root bound and didn’t identify any other pests or diseases; No doubt an accomplishment to have met those marks and definitely impressed me. Generally I don’t even consider picking clones up from anywhere other than directly from the source and honestly tend to avoid that. All things considered the consistency of customer experience I’ve had there is solid enough to get repeat business from myself and family. #cloudpeople

Moss Crossing has the best flower I’ve ever smoked hands down. Nothing beats the frosty huge flowers here. The atmosphere is calming and aesthetically pleasing. The bud tender Kayla is especially great!! The most down to earth bud tender I’ve ever had help me before. She always has a lot of knowledge about cannabis and seems passionate the whole time she is recommending a strain or product. :)

Love this dispensary, the warm helpful budtenders, and the great products they carry. I am especially grateful that Moss Crossing carries CBD flower. The ones I have tried from East Fork Cultivars have been consistently the best in effects; positive, happy, focused, enhanced productivity. Moss Crossing is my favorite dispensary. It seems like in Eugene there is a dispensary on every corner - and really there almost is. There are many actually within walking distance of my house and I still almost almost hit this place up. Every employee every time I've been there is always super genuine, really pleasant, and fun. And it's beautiful inside. The boutique of dispensaries. There are beautiful little agate-carved pipes and cute jars all over the walls and generally looks like it was put together with a vision in mind. Always tight strains available too. Death Star, Golden Pineapple, Moose Lobsta, Sour D, Shark Shock, OG Kush... and there is this tight deal where they recycle their canisters and give you 50 cents off your purchase for bringing one in. CBD honey sticks are also really tight. Use them in my tea pretty often or just straight suck the honey out. 10% off your first purchase too!!

I visited quite a few stores when marijuana was legalized in Oregon in the summer of 2015, but Moss Crossing is the store that I decided was "my store". It's the one I keep coming back to. Everyone's so friendly and they have great products and prices. Highest recommendations!

What can I say...Moss Crossing is my go to spot for great flavors, a knowledgeable staff and an inviting almost homely interior vibe. A total gem, if you ask me. The Gorilla Glue #4 by Morgan's Farm is hands down the best Glue in town. We love coming here specifically for their cut in particular. Who ever Morgan's Farm is...keep up the good work!

Moss Crossing is my favorite flower shop in Eugene, Oregon! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, decked out with lovely decor! The flower quality is top notch and I truly enjoy the wide variety of edibles and retail merchandise they have. Absolutely impressed! I highly recommend Moss Crossing to anyone and everyone!

I stopped in for my first visit here this past week. The place looks amazing! The staff and owners were very knowledgeable and very friendly, the product selection was extensive and top quality, and the price range was very reasonable. Will definitely be back next time I am in the neighborhood. What a great looking shop!

This is my dispensary. Hands down the best atmosphere, I can't stop smiling once I'm in those doors. I adore the staff, each person is so nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and laugh with. Moss crossing always has such a good selection, price range and any flower you pick will be quality.

One of the nicest dispensaries I’ve been to for sure. The bud tenders are the nicest people and will help you out if you go in not really knowing specifically what product you’re gonna get. They always have good recommendations. They have a nice little waiting area where you can sit if there’s a lot of ppl in the bud room.
