This is one of my favorite dispensaries. They have great product and very knowledgeable staff with the ability to match your energy when you go in. No one is overly excited so no anxiety at all, and it's not overwhelming because the staff is so responsive to what you need. One major drawback is the rarity of good sales that many shops have. When they are having regular sales, they seem to be more focused on elderly/critical patient's needs(which is useful if you're in those category) such as topicals and small disposable vapes. Flash sales are your best bet, but I can't seem to get notifications about when they happen. They have some of the best shatter and crystalline (gold) that I can get in my area. Haven't tried the rosin or crumble, but I only hear good things.

MüV is officially dead to me. New management, call with a product issue and you get an insincere, "so sorry" with no real resolution. I REALLY wish MüV would improve on the distillate but I won't hold my breath. The geo carts, f'in suck. EVERYTHING the have, The pure carts SUCK and they ALL taste shatter. I have 6 Member Berries carts, it tastes so gross I threw th all away. Shopping at MüV is a huge waste of money, the g pen gio burns so hot, turns the contents into the taste of dirt, like all their products. I wish I had my money back!!!! Apparently, I'll NEVER get to enjoy the sweet, berry flavor from MüV. I'm not even interested in trying the newest G Pen Nova because of the same reason. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed because the only flavor I can taste is from a hot wick! I've tried many of MuV's products and I must admit, I am NOT impressed with ANYTHING. I can buy 1 gram of strain specific (I, H and S) distillate for $60 elsewhere and the flavor profile is tasty and clean. It's truly AMAZING! MuV finally rid of the metered dosing pen and changed their distillates to a syringe. However, they only offer Hybrid, no strain is mentioned so as far as I'm concerned, it's hotdog water. Their products cost to much and the equipment needed breaks. We don't want to pay for the fancy packaging. You're not Sephora or the cosmetic stores in the mall. You sell legal weed. Stop trying to make it more than what it is!

I ordered over the phone, drove 15 minutes, walked in and picked up my order and left. The whole trip took less that 35 minutes. It was SO EASY! Their facility is impeccably clean and the staff is super friendly. I got a first time discount and it was the only dispensary short of driving into Tampa that had the product I was looking for that my doctor recommended. I highly suggest checking out this company. You won't regret it!

Place is small and they don’t have a huge inventory but is super clean and neat. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I started getting my meds delivered to my home and they won my heart after the first time. Didn’t think I’d live to see the day I would have cannabis legally delivered to my front door but here it is! Thank you guys!

I’ve been going to these guys since they opened. I will have to say best dispensary experience I’ve had so far. Although maybe not everything is perfect at times... they will go above and beyond to track down and fix a problem. I appreciate the effort taken to help me and to keep me pain free with no pills! Thank you so much for being so awesome!

The flower as well as the crumble and shatter are wonderful here. The flower is fresh and the staff is on their game. Highly recommend.

Great , positive place. Overall my experience was amazing. Quality product. Got some Maui for my sleep issues and back pain. Great. Very clean and modern store as well. Amazing staff. My tender was excellent and the gentleman Jamie Pomeroy is such a great helper to the rep, even though his boss. Very knowledgeable and nice. I'm not going anywhere else going forward.

Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Flower variety has increased which is a positive trend.

I have been to this location twice. I have not been to any other Muv location. My first time there was lovely. I could smell it all as soon as I walked in and it is easy to navigate the welcome desk. It is a cozy location but getting there from the way I come makes the turn to go in the lot a little annoying. The disposable pens are the smoothest by far. My second trip was very informative. The young man helping showed me how to use my vape pen without making me feel stupid. Of the 3 dispensaries I have been to and mentioned that to, he was the only one who went over some simple things with me. I appreciated that very much. If it were closer to me I would frequent this shop a lot because the quality is great and I feel comfortable here. That means a lot because I get more of a discount at other locations. I do wish the front desk was more willing to make the initial contact but it may be because I go at somewhat busy times. I like that they keep their site updated. Yet, I do feel kind of old when I go in there. Not in a bad way though. Highly recommend.

Had a terrible experience at this dispensary........We biked through Apollo Beach for 1½ hours and tried to make it on time despite no sidewalks and proper infrastructure in this area for bicycles (Learned that on the trip) but we were 1 minute late! We called ahead for the pick up order and the MUV rep was polite and helpful but that's were their professionalism ended. My experience at the store was entirely different. We show up one minute late and they turned us away and treated us like we were criminals because we were on bicycles lol. They said we banged on the windows! lmao we knocked on the on the glass because they were acting like we weren't standing at the door their so I knocked . Disingenuous behavior the staff had no empathy that we drove bicycles to get there and how long it took. I don't even like their products to be honest but its the only dispensary around in this barren wasteland that is reachable by bicycle then we waited for an Uber to pick us up and their security started acting like thugs saying they were gonna call the cops while we waited for our ride in the parking lot. We were exhausted from the ride so we decided to wait for an Uber. Wow is the only words I have for these guys trying to act tough while behind a fence saying they are going to call the cops... for what? Being a patron and driving to pick up my order and then waiting to get a ride back from Uber. Yeah I was upset because they refused us for 1 minute... Am I supposed to be stoked lol. Anyway I would advise anyone around here just order delivery from any other dispensary but these people....Flower is not good anyway and neither is the customer service.

Compassionate, helpful & fast! I used the patient care phone number to place my order and it was ready in 15mins when I was notified by text. Although the parking lot looked full, I was in and out with my merchandise in 8mins. Unbelievable first experience with my medical card; thank you to Julie at the customer service call center for guiding me through this process. Thank you MÜV!
