MÜV - Apollo Beach

Every time I go I’m greeted and the clerks now how to make you feel like your part of the MUV family. For someone who has a military background and doesn’t talk much to people, I always catch myself having a conversation with them.

Loved everything about this place everyone there is so very nice. I have been on so many pain meds and fentnel patches and somas. 2 diff kinds of pain meds and this has been for the last 22 years. I received my card and went to a dispensary and I seem to allways haft to wait the last time was for a hour and a half. I have not been back. I tell everyone I know about this place how grate it is. It has changed my life. I would do anything to make sure this place stays open. I love the staff so nice and professional. I hope the owners will stick around. We need them. And I wish your staff worked everywhere I do business thay are that nice. When I open there door I receive a hello how are you today. You have been here before right ok let’s go. It’s so nice to go there. I just wanna talk to them and learn everything I can from them. Thank you for being here for us.

I do the pick up in the FTL area. I received some great product and the guys are great and down to earth. I had an order issue and after a quick call back Jeremy and his manager went out of there way for me to help me. I had a great experience and look forward to receiving my shatter delivery this week. I will be reviewing on my IG and youtube accounts this week. Pick up location is chill, friendly...a little bare to my recollection, but I'm more into quality and service over any aesthetics.

This is my favorite dispensary in all of FL currently. This is the original MuV location and they usually have the best selection of stuff as they are right next to their grow house. Their products are outstanding and best of all they are almost always in stock with those hard to find products like shatter unlike some other big named FL dispensaries (looking at you Trulieve) and not just one or two strands 10-15 and tons of stock. I've never left disappointed because they were out of something. I drive an hour and twenty minutes just to come here when there are several other places much, much closer. They also have a huge variety of products and strains to choose from as compared to other FL dispensaries. Their products are also very high quality and they stand behind them. Also their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. As a customer I feel like they appreciate me as a customer coming there and I feel like I'm treated well and cared for. I've also been to the Tampa location and it's great too, but often it can be a bit busier because Tampa is a busier city. TL:DR This place is the best, go here and enjoy!

Always a welcoming experience. Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff. Products are absolutely stellar. Tinctures are a life saver,patches are excellent for a low key vibe. Disposable pens are very tasty along with there prime and rest blend. Shatter is delicious. Gpods are extremely well designed and very potent.

MuV. I just can't say enough about the Amazing HIGH QAUILTY CANNABIS. I've got Velvet Glove @ 21.6% THC. Indica. Outstanding B4 bed. Great Sleep. GG#4. @ 24.6% THC. Hybrid. Awesome during the day. Doesn't make u feel like a couch potato. nice. Then I got Chemhund flower cups @ 21.7 % THC Hybrid. Love it. I just can't tell You how pleasing this medication is. An How Well it works. I also do CBD TINCTURE. The spectrum of Medicine of Cannabis Is QAUILTY @ its Finest.

Workers were rude and didn't care about the patient or the patients caregivers

I am extremely happy with the quality of the Muv products I have tried, especially the transdermal patches. I am more please with the staff and the the time they have all taken to listen to my concerns and share their knowledge of the products with me. I had the opportunity to meet Glenn Dickerson whom I found to be gentle, kind and welcoming. I also find it important to support Florida investors. Thank you Glenn and staff for all you do!

Why dont you list the % or ratios of your products? From looking at your website it looks like everything from the strains to the % amounts is all Unknown...

I’d left a 3 star review for Muv for several months ago due to flower I didn’t consider up to par. I’m happy to now leave them a 5 star review. They are the only dispensary that does pick-up orders right. My last 2 purchased of flower were high quality medication. People always have a smile on their face and they are one of the few dispensaries to carry high CBD flower. Great work guys!

they have come along way and their concentrate s (some of them) are improving to a good to very good quality. flower way to expensive. and now that I have put 90% of my loyalty to muv its been over 2 weeks and they have nothing. shelves are bare. I've had to go to other places. this is supposed to be a medication. patients can't run out of medication!

Good vibes and of course good product

Worst dispensary in the entire state. Tons of great reviews that are all full of it. They are selling faulty Gpen gio cartridges, knowingly. Got flower cups of skrewball, found 3 seeds in an eighth. That's not quality. They say premium yet the product they sell is of street quality. And when filling out conplaints, it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. And when you do the most they are willing to do yo compensate you is give you a 25% discount to buy more faulty product. Even the PURE cartridges aren't even filled fully and had a huge bubble. it looks as though it was hit several times and put back. I was told the reasoning for this is that they store the product upside down. How can you sell faulty cartrdiges, knowingly, and not fix your mistake, instead tell people to spend more on more faulty products. And the prices are ridiculous. MedMen sell 1000 milligram carts for the same prices, and they're one of the biggest in the entire untied states. Muv acts more like a street dealer then a MMTC that wants to actually help patients.

I've been to a few MUVs, but I just can't get enough of this one. Love the quality of their products & how helpful the employees are.

Hello All. I just felt the need to leave this here. I've been a patient in Florida for a little while now, but I've been a patient in another state as well in the past. I've sampled all of the customer service here in town a few times. Good sometimes not so great in areas as far as weight and quality is concerned. Growing pains I guess. I have to say I tried out MUV Altmed for the first time recently, though. They just opened a few weeks ago here in Tallahassee. Best CS phone support I could have asked for before even walking through your doors! Knowledgable and courteous even though I could somehow sense the kind of calls day they might have been having in their voice. Sometimes it can be a thankless job. I have lots of call center experience so I can tell when people go the extra mile in an industry that's a bit rougher than others I guess I can assure you. Two different phone calls and I came away feeling served from two different reps. So there is that. Kudos towards your managers and supervisors who trained them. Keep up the good work on that end. Their names are Alex and Desiree out of the Apollo Beach office. Take care of good CS that go the extra mile and the extra mile will come right back to your company. Ive seen it before. So then I drive over to your location and the first thing I see is a two lane drive thru. High five on that!!! There are no words. I haven't used it yet, but I will. Then I head inside looking like the limpy tired bum I've become and the service and smiles were still top notch!!! Then the staff proceed to explain everything in great detail without even having met me before or knowing what level of knowledge I have. I could have just went in there and said I know what I want, but they showed me so much more. I know better than to interrupt CS when they are taking the time to explain something to you and it's coming off as important to them because it is important to them. Again, that extra mile I mentioned before. Then the rep that attended to me asks...WOULD YOU LIKE TO SMELL EACH STRAIN????? I almost had to look to my left and right and say are you really asking me this???? WOW. Of course!!! Not once has another dispensery in town asked me that. So anyway I'm like please tell me all the ways...I could stay here and sample smells forever here, but you have a job to do so let me pay and get out of your way. Keep up the good work! I dont even know how many jars I smelled each time I went, but I exited out of your doors with such enjoyment I'm my face that it hurt and I can tell because I dont even smile anymore. I felt like a little kid that saved enough money to buy his first XBOX and finally walked out of the store with it. Anyway, I dont remember their names from the two times I went out there, but I'm sure you guys are resourceful enough to look that up on your end. Great , positive place. Overall my experience was amazing. Quality product. Got some Maui for my sleep issues and back pain. Great. Very clean and modern store as well. Amazing staff. My tender was excellent and the gentleman Jamie Pomeroy is such a great helper to the rep, even though his boss. Very knowledgeable and nice. I'm not going anywhere else going forward.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. They have great product and very knowledgeable staff with the ability to match your energy when you go in. No one is overly excited so no anxiety at all, and it's not overwhelming because the staff is so responsive to what you need. One major drawback is the rarity of good sales that many shops have. When they are having regular sales, they seem to be more focused on elderly/critical patient's needs(which is useful if you're in those category) such as topicals and small disposable vapes. Flash sales are your best bet, but I can't seem to get notifications about when they happen. They have some of the best shatter and crystalline (gold) that I can get in my area. Haven't tried the rosin or crumble, but I only hear good things.

It is the closest dispensary, but every time I shop here I regret it! They are the most unprofessional in the area! Their product is mostly just okay, Guving them another try 🧐 but really the discounts always non stackable and low. No extra discounts for veterans you get the one that’s it. Much better product and discounts elsewhere. Grow Healthy beats them all. Thank you GH or TL and delivery, is a great option. The atmosphere, at Muv well there is none. I can not recommend this place, so sad the location is perfect. This may be my last visit. 👎🏼👎🏼

Disorganization in his 100% . Dislike everything from the people to the service they provide. the cartridge they sell probably the people try it before selling it because is always less compared to others dispensary cartridges
