MÜV - Tampa - Dale Mabry

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Muv Tampa. Their products consistently exceed my expectations, are always well stocked, and they are constantly offering great deals. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they take a lot of pride in treating their patients right (thank you Bill!). Always look forward to stopping in and seeing what’s new on the menu. Highly recommended!

The MÜV in Tampa is pleasant from parking to checkout. Their products are high quality and reasonably priced. I follow their emails for occasional sales.

After several Tru-ly bad experiences at a competitor, I began to shop at MÜV Tampa. The experience as a whole was so much better than the competition two blocks up Dale Mabry. Even when busy, wait times are short. Staff is enthusiastic and very helpful, never making you feel rushed. They have an online order pick-up window, kinda like you see at a bank, which makes picking up an online order as quick at 3 to 4 minutes; and they allow simple changes, and you dont even have to sign in at the front desk to pick up. They give 10% discounts for people (like me) who have to travel a distance to get there. They're quality of flower has gone through the roof lately, as they seem to be dialing in the strains they are growing. If they only had an indica with serious knock down, sleep inducing power like 9 Pound Hammer, I'd never have to return to a competitor. They're extracts are off the chain as well, highly recommended! Never tried their topicals, but soon will. Website is also done well. Front page of your selected location shows you everthing in stock, instead of having to click on every item to see it's availability. Orders are usually ready to pick up after 20 minutes of ordering. Over all, this company is really organized, and it's obvious their attention is on customer service and product quality. And with the recent introduction of Tier 2 flower, their prices are dropping. Got several Tier 2 flower strains yesterday and was very impressed with the quality of the rock hard nuggets if found inside it package. Give 'em a try, you too might switch and leave those Tru-ly bad experiences behind.

I get having a great sale but running out of product first thing in the morning is just sad. What I learned today really changes my mind about this place. Before they decided to open up location after location they obviously didn't think about the stock it takes to fill them AND even more so with the big sales for 4/20. I love how you place an "express" order online, head to pick it up then "POOF" it magically disappears and your told it's due to a glitch in the system. Upgrade your servers, internet bandwidth, something. You can place a call...if it's exactly @ 10am or risk getting hung up on by an automated message for the rest of the day. Maybe hire a service to answer your phones like Trulieve does? Once you get it sorted out and head back over to pick it up at the specified time... it's STILL not available and even worse, sold out completely. When MuV first opened, they were top notch. Now...not so much. It's a shame because I'd easily walk in and drop $some serious cash at least twice a month. My plan was to purchase all the milligrams I have available until my new order in July (basically 72,000mg, around $6,000+) I need to look elsewhere because I'm sick of driving from Brooksville, with all that cash on me, to be turned away!! It's beginning to feel a lot like Trulieve in the supply and demand area.

When they make a mistake, they don’t try to make it right and act as though they don’t even care they messed up. Now I have to go out of my way.

The staff is first class, product has been top shelf ,I have had some problem with the disposable but y'all fixed the problem .I just wish u had a ongoing sale for the 2 for 1 helps out tremendously. Thank u Landon Halstead jr

Go to trulieve where they dont skimp out of your unsealed flower jars! Trulieve n growhealrhy seal theirs!! The Lakeland dispo has a buncha teenage mean girls working n stealing ppls money n then banning them so they cant raise awareness. So sad for the seniors n vets :(

There is too much inconsistency in filling the vape pens. Better check your pen cartridge before walking out the door. When I have purchased many that were acceptable you feel ripped off when you get one that is short. Like yesterday. I sent a pic to the website and they replied with a canned response but no consideration for the $ I have spent and prob will not be spending in the future.

I've been to all of the dispensaries in the area. Muv is head and shoulders above the rest. Best flower in Florida. Very nice facility. Most importantly, when something goes wrong, they make it right. In my case, more than right. Muv goes up to eleven!

Weather I go to Apollo beach or Tampa, I’m always treated with respect and courtesy. My questions are always answered, no matter how retarded they are. People complain about prices but I rather pay a little more for a better product and awesome customer service..

Always top quality and excellent selection of shatter and crumble. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Losing the metered dispenser for concentrates in favor of the standard glass syringe would seal the deal.

For a while I enjoyed this place. But after buying many faulty products from here it’s gotten pretty old pretty quick. I would suggest taking your hard earned money and spending it at a dispensary that actually values you as a patient, and of course values your money. The worst part is every worker knows the product is faulty and they continue to sell it anyways. I have an aggressive illness and I have to rely on medical marijuana to get me through the day. Not to mention I work hard everyday sick for my money, and I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of by this MuV dispensary. This happened a while back as well, when I called the incredibly rude manager of this location it was like arguing with a child. He was so combative and kind of inferred I was crazy. I’m glad yesterday proved my point that I was not crazy this place is just trying to rip people off. It’s a shame there’s always going to be a business trying to make a quick buck off of someone. Do your research and avoid this place if you like to pay for what you get.

They are wonderful and their product is the best that I’ve tried in taste and effects!

All my flower bags were squished and short wont shop here again trulieve quality is unmatched. Disappointed again probably because trulieve is just the best you can get in Florida.
