This is the BEST location!!! I went to a different location the other day and they were not as knowledgeable. I walk into this one and they are always welcoming. Everyone there is on top of their game. They go out of their way to make sure you get the products you need! AMAZING STAFF and PRODUCTS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Do not give them your email or phone number. First time patient, new patient form had a checkbox for them to NOT contact you. Checked the box. I had a text from them before I even left the store.

I opted for home delivery. I thought all was good until I saw the bill/charges on my CanPay account. Seems I was charged twice for delivery and my First Time discount wasn't applied. Their resolution was to offer me discounts and store credit. That doesn't put money back in my account. CSR suggested I take $20 credit and 25% off next order instead of $38 store credit. They assume I'm purchasing quantity next time? I ordered 3 1gm pre-rolled (PR) and 3.5gm flower. The PRs were rolled loose and were the same size as the .5gm PR as another dispensary I frequent. I think some quality control needs to be reviewed/revised and have a decent refund system for overcharges.

Took advantage of my 1st time discount at the lady lake location. I havent used them before because I never had one close enough to my location. The product is amazing. I love my concentrates and their product is excellent. Definitely my new favorite dispensary!!!!!!

First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. Malik really helped me out. LaLa is very great as well! Shot out to MUV, thank you for everything!

Initial call to location yielded a 1 hour conversation about the best products for my condition. Marcy answered every question I had. As for the delivery, Matt was awesome and I look forward to future deliveries if I’m unable to make it to the location.

I live in Brandon and drive here . Muv has the best product in my opinion plus the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in today after renewing card my med doc said I didn’t need package for specials but she was wrong. The manager heard me speaking about my problem and offered me the discount and more plus he said he was contacting the establishment to correct future problems

Great selection of concentrates that you can believe in. Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable about the products. My go to dispensary and I’ve tried every one in the state so far.

I recently received my medical card a couple of months ago and this has been my favorite dispensary out of all that I have visited. They run a very efficient operation and I have never had difficulty in placing or picking up orders like I have at other dispensaries. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I love the new loyalty points program and they give you a discount on your birthday month.
