Great staff and great product

I have been going to Nature Med since they opened and have to say they are both friendly and very knowledgeable about the strains which they sell. They also have GREAT deals through out the week!!

This is literally my third time going for the logo for in-house cartridges first time both of them broke Within hour and a half of having them one literally rolled off my coffee table hit the CARPET and cracked the second could be put on me I was doing dishes and leaned against the counter barley a d that one shattered UT I have done that with other carts and never had a issue even having them in my back pocket and siting down to drive and nothing happens on other carts today I bput the book again this time one doesn't even work period wl not produce a smidgen if smoke and previous times befoe I was told pretty much oh well your S.O.L sorry not once have they tried to rectify the situation I know nirvana in Tempe is on point with there costumer service even went as fat as replacing stuff without hesitation here they act like they could care less not happy hopefully they will fix this in the morning I put it right back in its box for the morning widh me luck

Everything from this place is incredible from the flower, to the specials, and most importantly the best budtenders around. Cj and Bri have amazing knowledge about the products that sell and patience with my questions and delayed ordering, lol. They truly are the best, no need to go to any other dispensary in town as they won't provide it all like Nature Med does

Menu was not available to view on line which made things difficult to order, especially since their menu in house is quite difficult to view. One item left out of my order. As for the rest of everything else during these phony Covid19 times, the employees did an exceptional job on all four visits so far. Thank you!
