Selling product harvested over a year ago

used to be my go to dispensary but with the price hike and inconsistencies on flower I'm out .prop 207 really screwed us med patients

I used to love coming here because they had great deals and it seemed like they cared about medical patients. With the new recreational laws, they did away with all deals and promotions that benefited medical patients. Now they charge much more for items that I can get for cheaper elsewhere. Look at other dispensaries before coming here if you are a medical patient.

Staff are RUDE ! Especially the guy checking you in ! Made the experience feel like it was a DEA agent checking you in ! In RULES ! No other dispensary has treated me or my Family in such a Rude Manner ! Been here before same Atmosphere! I recommend you go somewhere else!!! It’s the People that make the business & atmosphere is key ! There’s a right way & a wrong way to interact with Customers ! They SUCK $ IT’s customers that give you PAYCHECK & running them off because of attitude ain’t a key to success !

I used to visit nature's med all the time, then I learned its about half the price at bloom, but you have to wait in a small crammed room and staff are always trying to get you to but stuff you don't want when you just wanted to ask a question about it. well not at nature's med, they are always helpful, friendly, and I have seen the same budtenders since they first opened. don't go changing Nat med, unless it's to price drop or match the price of blooms for your low quality to get more people in the door!

I called ahead of time to ask about referring a friend. When I get there 15min later after speaking to someone and driving there I was told different and was not honored what I was told. You guys just lost 2 customers that would buy 6g for $100 every week over 1 preroll. Stick to your word. Bull that you dont honor it after just speaking to the front desk person. Always a problem

Worst dispo I’ve ever gone too sold me a cart that DID not work AT ALL I tried to replace it and they told me it was my battery and then tried to pretend to exchange it for me but they just put in a bag and gave it back to me ! Definitely gonna be hearing from me again !

They like to harass patients with disabilities. No compassion, just ignorant kids treating people badly

Physically a pretty basic dispensary. But the prices are good and the budtenders are informed, friendly and helpful. They even recommended I buy glass elsewhere. Free cookies and coffee while you wait.

Got way overcharged for a delivery, called to file complaint was told drivers carry no change. was over an hour late, would have been nice to know about no change, guess they can squeeze ya for a tip.

Any half-educated grower/patient knows the prices have already been driven down in this state. Not only do they carry the same brand names & strains as everyone else, but they charge quite a bit more for those same products. A significant amount, actually. $15 a gram for the same stuff I can pay 10 for down the road? $350 oz'.....for what? As a local professional and patient, this is disturbing. Can't wait to see these types of businesses drive out of the market.

In these weird times, Nature Med has gone above and beyond to ensure everyone's safety. Their process is more streamlined and they take advantage of their lobby more than other places to protect us from the summer heat. The deals can't be beat and the product line is top shelf, as is the staff's knowledge and courtesies! Top shelf service. Best budtenders in town!

I usually love this place for concentrates!I rack up coupons fairly quickly, the quality is great and so is the price (mostly) I went in to take advantage of a sale and the bud-tender who was really nice, recommended cactus cooler, so I got 2 gs. Got home and it smells and tastes like bad home made dabs. I can’t feel any effects either! The other 4 grams I got were awesome, but I am SUPER disappointed in the Cactus Cooler and I’m sad because I’m on a very limited budget and now I have 2 grams of dirt concentrate. Still love this place, but won’t get that strain again. Kinda weary now

The location is amazing and everyone is very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. The aroma within is a nice welcome of course. The quantity of items is not overwhelming as some dispensaries carry 30+ strains which is sometimes too much (especially when your eyes are bigger than your wallet). The quality of flower is pretty good. I picked up Purple Urk and Og 18, both nice smells and density. The only recommendation I have is update the menu more frequently. I've seen Bordello wax taunt me on their page yet they no longer have it in Stock as I have asked twice while in there.

The bud tenders are fine, but the product is not great, also they false advertise on their delivery. In person they are also the slowest dispensary by far. Selection is poor and house flower quality is bottom tier at best.

I ordered 8 prerolls and opened the bag and had 4. After getting my medicine here for 6 months, I will no longer be coming to your place

First of all, everyone who works here is very friendly and I am impressed by their customer service. I've been here two or three times before and I was overall pretty satisfied with my experience. After their recent price increase for medical patients, and the quality of the product on my last purchase, I can no longer recommend this place. Most recently I paid extra for two of their "top shelf" eighths, one of which being their Girl Scout Cookies strain, and it's bad. To be quite honest I haven't gotten an eighth this bunk since I was getting ripped off in High School. Tasted nothing like GSC should taste, harsh even with a vape, and VERY minimal effects after multiple bowls. I honestly am suspicious that I even got the right product... The other eighth reminded me more of the quality I was getting before, but its still the mids I've gotten used to accepting. Tucson is in a rough spot...

I have had my Medical card since March of 2016 and this is my first time buying an 1/8th where I had to clean out the weed for seeds, baby seeds. I use to get better Mexican than what I purchased. come on get your shit together

we I wasn't planning on going on Thanksgiving but I was driving by and noticed they were open. I guess I should have gone another day, it was my first visit and I could tell the staff was less than excited about having to be there on thanksgiving. when I got into the product area I already knew what I wanted and told the tender, he got me what I needed and offered my a 8$ preroll, which I got. first all I hate it when tax is not included in the price, and since it was my first time I was supposed to get a free preroll anyway. and it's strange how my receipt has no totals on it. NO free preroll, no pupe, no lighter, no way I'm ever going back. close on the holidays if your going to provide bad service.

Matt was awesome, truly knowledgeable and eager to help me. Will be making the 200 mile trip regularly.

Way chill, super helpful and dope customer service. Wish they were open later, but definitely my go to spot.

I love everything about this place since the day they opened.. hospitality,product and the down right atmosphere is top notch.. recommend this place to anyone who loves good vibes and great medicine. Tons of deals
