Nature's Remedy - Millbury: Med + Adult-Use

Decent amount of parking available, pretty easy to get to (just off the pike), very friendly and welcoming staff. Only tried a cartridge from them yet, but it is excellent quality. Definitely going to shop here again.

I like that the employees knew what they are talking about. Great atmosphere and gives alot of attention which i like very much.

Make sure they open the box while you're at the counter when you order something online. I ordered a disposable vape pen, as was pictured and described on the site when I selected it, but found out after I got home the box only had a cartridge in it. Obviously useless to have a $75 cartridge if you don't have a reusable pen. I have purchased other things at Nature's Remedy without any issues, so just be sure to have them open up the box and look at what they are selling you before you pay for it.

Love this place! Great facility, lots of parking, and the staff could not be more helpful.

Great atmosphere

I was so excited for their reopening, placed my order online before they opened and chose my pick up window. Here I am, 3 hours after my pick up window still waiting to receive a text confirming I can go there for curbside pick up. I’ve tried calling and emailing and can not get a hold of anyone. I am sure they are so super busy however, it’s extremely disappointing they cannot handle the reopening smoothly. I’ve come here several times before and hope this is just a fluke. My ratings on quality and atmosphere are from previous visits and service is solely based on the fact there is no service today.

i just got back from natures remedy, and the process was so easy, the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and super helpful!! they have a great selection, easy online ordering and great pick up system too, given the current state of things. i waited less than 10 mins, staff was very chatty and pleasant and probably the BEST customer service i have had in a long time!! thank you guys again for all you are doing we know its tough on you guys too, but you somehow managed to make it all work, and work great. you have gained a customer for life here! thanks again, product is also absolutely stellar.

Place is great, service is quick and easy. I really enjoy the pre-rolls and the tinctures. Not to mention they have the best prices.

From being greeted at the door to the help inside it was a great energetic enthusiastic experience. Combined with hard to find strains I drove 45 min to get here and I’ll be back. Tahjea is excellent! See him for any needs!

Great service very friendly staff

Gave this place one last try yesterday and will now never be returning ever again. Very rude manger. Very poor selection of flower and you need better packaging so the flower is not totally dried out. Flower that is dry is harder on your lungs to smoke and doesn’t get you high. I really feel like the people who open these dispensary’s only care about the money part and know absolutely nothing on how to grow flower or store it at the right humidity in the packaging. Also the prices are insane for recreational customers. $50 plus %20 tax for a 1\8 of flower should be some of the best flower and it’s far from it.

Large and spacious atmosphere; decent amount of parking. Right off the pike. Greeted with smiles but given space to absorb the menu. 3 Tablets in the back of the room allow you to use Leafly to browse the menu while simultaneously creating your order at the same time. I came for the Super Lemon Haze specifically, and it was definitely worth it. I’ll be back!

This dispensary is solid. Good selection, great prices, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ann and Erika with a k 😉 today and they were just phenomenal. My only issue with this dispensary is how you can have such a fantastic crew and then not allow me to tip them. This is America. It’s my money and if I want to leave a few dollars so these hardworking guys and gals can grab a coffee I should damn well be able to. I have always worked on the hospitality industry and I know good service when I see it, and when I see it I want to reward it. There’s plenty of lazy capable Americans that are happy to sit home and collect unemployment. Not these guys. They’re working on a Sunday and it’s slammed and they are still cheerful and ready to answer any and all questions. Let me TIP!!!!!!!
