I was sold expired, stale tasting, color changing from green to brown flower. I was told it was a sale. It was robbery. The return process takes days.

You’d think being “4/20” they’d have some kind of giveaways or promotion….39 minute wait just to get into the building and another 30 minutes once you get inside. Going to go ahead and start making the drive to a different dispensary or just buy it off the street. This location is ridiculous

The bud tenders are great! They always help when I can't make a decision or when new products drop.

I placed an online order, and first their was no reason to waste my time doing that, it ment absolutely nothing, still had to wait in lone behind all the people who did not place orders ahead of time. What's the point of placing an order online. I also thought the price was incorrect, but the cashier could not of gave any less care. Once I told the cashier that I thought the price was wrong, her response was to glance at the receipt she had just printed out and told me, "no, thats the price" and refused to entertain the idea any further. And a side note,, I find it very insulting and tons of pressure that their tip jar is sitting right in front of every cashier, doesn't y9u company or employees have any respect, nobody has a tip jar just sitting their,, im very surprised you allow you employees to beg for more money, it says everything about your company and how you treat people,, customers and employees I was very disappointed with my last visit and felt I was wrongfully charged, thats nice you have a review section but if I can't get help.in the store what's what's point, very very disappointed and I will be telling this story about your company for decades to come, ypu should feel horrible and ashamed, but you won't and nothing will ever change, sad and pathetic

Drove an hour just to be sold a defective pen. Went to return it and the front desk lady/bud tender and security was absolutely unprofessional unwelcoming, extremely rude, yelled at me the second I walked in and shooed me out the store telling me not to bring THEIR defective product back into the store and refused to fix the issue. Made it very stressful. A gross unnecessary over reaction. Learn some better customer service behavior.

Had to drive from Davenport because Milan never has anything. Got all I needed.

Prices are astronomical in comparison to dispensaries within a 75 mile radius. And yes, you would still save using the gas to get there. Nice store - but NTI is greedy af.

I've had the privilege to shop many dispensaries, from Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona, Missouri and Galesburg ll. All have an awesome staff, I have never been disrespected or treated rudely in any way, all have that great atmosphere associated with the product and most have good prices. All else being equal, price is the only thing that's sets one dispensary apart from another. I will not shop Illinois anymore as the pricing is, in many cases twice the price of the rest. Illinois has had financial issues for years and this government has gone too far with their taxes. I feel sympathy for those that have to spend that much for their products.
