Why is your weed always dry and crumbly? I have yet to get a fresh leafy product in 2 years. Some I find are 6 mos old before being sold. How can I get your weed fresher?

You’d think being “4/20” they’d have some kind of giveaways or promotion….39 minute wait just to get into the building and another 30 minutes once you get inside. Going to go ahead and start making the drive to a different dispensary or just buy it off the street. This location is ridiculous

The bud tenders are great! They always help when I can't make a decision or when new products drop.

I don’t have any real issues with this location, just some of their products. GTI out of Milan, IL make subpar products. The vape cartridges clog easily, contacts need cleaning often, some cartridges are defective & just don’t work. Not to mention the cartridges last at a 65% level with other brands. No wonder you get the fourth one free on Friday’s. NTI should remove this manufacturer for their own reputation.
