Kaye usually helps me. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff here is customer focused. They genuinely care about your needs. They take their time to listen and offer suggestions. Special shout out to the OG’S Both Daltons, Tammy, Brady, Ron, Aaron... Brennan and Jessie are some other personal favorites of mine. We’re all in this together. These people have the biggest hearts. I’ve over heard other patients complain about the prices. The people who work here have nothing to do with that. I’m sure they would like lower costs too. The newest addition Victoria helped me the other day. She was lovely. Keep it up NTI! I also enjoy the community of people. I appreciate the yearly pumpkin carving contest.

I absolutely loved going to this establishment today with my husband! At first we parked on the wrong side of the building and this tall gentleman helped me so politely and directed us towards the back side of the building. As we parked and approached the front door you could just tell everyone including the customers were in good vibes and happy. We walked up to the front door and this nice beautiful young lady with dark hair helped us out; she was so polite to everyone and acknowledged the customers that were coming out behind us. As you walk in there is a nice calm and good energy that fills the atmosphere; they had an atm as well cause its cash only. We bought two cartridges and they were absolutely amazing! We got a free pen and charger and we didn't know till we got to the car! The sweet beautiful young woman behind the counter that helped us; her name has slipped my mind. She answered all our questions and she really helped us out; she made it easy to order and didn't make me feel dumb or anything for asking! I will definitely be coming back!

Dreaded coming here from all the negative reviews, until I showed up and discovered they were all lies. I genuinely enjoyed both my visits here. Sounds like some whiney annoying people were complaining just to complain.
The inside was awesome, very clean and pretty new, different from when I saw it on the news. Staff was never once rude or disgruntled, have always been pretty nice to chat with. COVID measures are on point, felt safe in there. It did affect the atmosphere a tiny bit, but that’s to be expected everywhere.

The nice gentleman in the wheelchair needs to speak *slower* and annunciate his words when speaking to customers coming through the door. Especially since he has to wear a face covering which already muzzles people's voices. I agree with some of the other reviews here about the Milan location. The Recreational side of the the Milan location has this weird feeling about it as if some of the employees there feel as another reviewer put it, "put upon" to have to be there. Its as if they've never used cannabis before or don't on a regular basis so they have no sympathy for the use of cannabis and therefore not true connection to the customer. Its more of a body language/non verbal thing you pick up on. I'm sure some of this is attributed to marijuana still being "taboo" in a sense and it is quite the cultural shock to us all, but every time I'm there its just so quiet and awkward. That being said, product is good quality but price MUST come down or the black market will continue to thrive and out compete dispensaries in IL. Good luck guys, I hope the market allows for your prices to lower over time.

Bad customers service set up and expensive product. There is a wait list which is highly inaccurate. It says 15 minutes and then when u get there it says 1.2 hour wait. Dispensary itself is a little like DMV - after waiting 1.2 in car, u them have to wait in line outside and then a line inside. Can’t wait until there a local competitor.
Staff are always pleasant and informative.
Did an order online gave me the wrong one. Did not figure it out till got to my car. Could not return it. Very disappointed never go there again

Worst service idea ever. Waited 1 hour told employees did not show. Maybe they are all. High and forget to come to. Work. Or owner just wAnts the money

Very poor customer service. I am appalled that they think it is okay to treat paying customers the way that they do. I would have spent hundreds more if they were just the least bit helpful. I am highly disappointed with this establishment. As soon as I arrived the guy at the door was disgustingly rude, I should have known to take my business elsewhere after the first interaction. I would never recommend anyone going here. Please find somewhere that treats customers with respect, because NTI does not.

I called to ask a question and the guy that answered the phone was incredibly rude. He was upset that I had a question and told me that he had over 800 products and that he couldn’t possibly help me over the phone. Their website does not show anywhere near 800 products, and it is not unreasonable for customers to call in and verify if something is in stock.
Start treating your customers respectfully and lose the attitude. It’s just unbelievable that someone like this gets hired for a customer service position. I called today in the morning if this helps the owners identify their employee.

The staff are frequently rude, act put upon by your being there or asking questions, even though for a while they were not even answering the phone. The online menu is often inaccurate and rarely do they have printed menus available to review while you wait (you will always wait in line) The available product is very limited and what they do have is generally $10 more per item than at any other dispensary. The main reason for bad service, high price and limited product is likely they are the only dispensary in the QC so there is no competition. Hope this changes soon. The bad service and limited product is so bad, I now drive to RISE in Canton, Illinois, which is only 1.5 hours away what a world of difference it makes- huge selection of product at reasonable prices, friendly helpful staff, wide selection of "sale" items. I hope RISE opens a dispensary in QC so we have a choice where to spend our money locally, however, until then I will happy just keep driving to Canton, Illinois to purchase from RISE.

I loved everything about this place except for the DG Cookies. Granted it know it is not necessarily their fault, but they should tax Rythm for BS. Getting charged for reg 1/8 and turns out to be smalls. 🤨 the Rollins from Cresco was great. Cresco, Grassroots and Revolution always do amazing work. Especially that Gorilla'd Cheese...

This place is an absolute joke. The owner should be forced to sell. This place needs some competition bad. Been coming here since the beginning and they have regressed back to making people stand in line forever to get served. Bring back the wait list. over priced and terrible customer service. Someone pls open and compete with this place!
Security are rude, and disrespectful.
Hey, I'm not going to lie, this is far from my favorite dispensary. The people on the sales floor are nice, but you have to stand outside, the menu is limited at times, and they don't have a points system. Normally I wouldn't leave a comment, but today to top it all off the older security dude was very publicly racist to a customer, he even asked the customer to leave. It was very uncomfortable because the security employee really escalated the situation and everyone was just stuck in line witnessing it.

Had to leave behind an infused 1g Preroll cuz it claimed to be more therefore putting me over my out of state limit??? Will have to try another time I guess.
