Picked up sum more of the FIRE Layer Cake by GTI b4 it sold out later 2day. Day off work so got there 9ish, perfect time of day to go, or earlier. Ordered online to make sure I got what I wanted as it was 'trending' this morn. Got right in. Guy at the check in desk was friendly as always,, thanks guy! Guy at the register maybe needed a few tokes of the layer cake b4 he hit the floor. Not friendly. Got my order, didnt even say thanks, sorry but no tip 4 u. I dont really understand tipping them,, r they paid below minimum wage like restaurant workers?? Gotta at least fake being friendly if u want me to throw in a couple bucks. I order online or know what I want. Takes a few mins of their time. If they were explaining weed to me as I have seen them doing lol, then yes tip. But i had this weed things down b4 most of the cashiers were born :) woulda gave them 5 stars had the register guy not been such a downer

Purchased cartridges that didn't work (shorted reading on vape) and refused to refund or replace the item. On top of that, don't DARE be mouthy to security. They Will ban you.

The young lady theat help me today was very easant and quick. I came back because my experience last night. I asked a young man for recommendation and he was on point was so worth the money and experience i was needing that i vame back today to purchase more to have on hand. So thank you both.

Went to 420 festivities, waste of my time. Nothing but people standing in line, an extremely long line. The wait was not worth the savings to. Thoroughly disappointed with what was supposed to be a celebration. Probably wont attend next year's celebration.

I have a medium severity brain injury and take about 7 prescription drugs to counter its effects but skipping my meds and smoking weed makes me feel and work more normally than the prescription meds. I feel that my life could be considered a baseline for judging just how medically beneficial weed is because I have a brain injury but with the aid of meds or weed I'm able to comfortably create complicated computer software.

I have been to NTI many times, from opening day to current day. I began as a recreational user until I could get my medical card. Most budtenders are knowledgeable about the products. They could not possibly be experts on every product, as some reviewers seem to expect, but most know several or have favorites. I took a college course in Cannabis Science and one thing that I have learned is that we are only beginning to understand, medically what this plant can do! NTI was the first in the QC to open. They had some "growing pains" and COVID, but they came out on the other side even better than before. They have a relaxed atmosphere at the order windows. You feel like you have lots of time to ask your Budtender questions. You should. That is what they are there for. Tip accordingly, I do. They have a wide selection of brands and varieties, so there is something for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend ordering your items online here at leafly, and then picking them up at the dispensary. You can always add products at the window if you have the allowance with the state. If you don't like crowds avoid 4/20, but I otherwise would HIGHLY recommend that you visit them on that day also. They have amazing goodies. At NTI you can expect friendly professionals that are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable if you are a first time buyer or veteran medical consumer. I always recommend them as a starting point.

Goes above and beyond. Many days I don't have my legs underneath me....but the thing about disability is sometimes you forget right until you are forced to remember. This service provides me to still feel independent. I forgot to put my cane's in my car, and was 10 min past the drive up pick up time. I asked another customer for help and gladly they lent me their shoulders so I could make it in for my order. The desk instantly knew I needed some leeway....and knew I could not walk much further. I showed all my identification and they helped me back to my car while carrying my product for me. It's all the little things that make having MS hard....but this day it was a BIG deal for me to know that there are kind humans working at NTI, Moline who care.

Don’t particularly enjoy the metal detectors and such but aside from the security aspect and being moved like cattle it’s a nice place good selection

I love NTI Milan. Staff is friendly and knows their stuff, prices are super reasonable, product is always good.

Convenient location, not to far from anywhere in the Quad Cities! Friendly staff! NTI has a clean well lit location with off street parking. As with any dispensary selection changes. Prices are high like all Illinois dispensaries. (We all know this) Only negative I have is the loyalty rewards could be revamped. Spend $1000 and get $50..... just toss in a preroll from time to time.

It’s ok! Needs to be more inviting and actually have product in stock and keep in stock. Prices are outrageous considering a simple drive to another dispensary and you save money. Need some competition. Can’t wait until someone competent takes over or opens another one.

Staff are excellent, prompt and professional. Product is excellent. Safety precautions are being taken and enforced. Superb.

I hate how long the wait list is here, however, I do enjoy how fast they try to get everyone through. And the weed was amazing.

Great setup, speedy service, answered questions. Closest dispensary to me, I WILL be back!
