The young lady theat help me today was very easant and quick. I came back because my experience last night. I asked a young man for recommendation and he was on point was so worth the money and experience i was needing that i vame back today to purchase more to have on hand. So thank you both.

My visit was very nice, I am 76 years old so it is a little bit difficult to understand these new things

Great quality, excellent customer service.

I drove 5hrs, they had 1 strain, expensive as hell. I got a disposable cart that literally worked for a day and it stopped hitting. It lights up as I pull it but does not hit whatsoever. Paid $50 for that thing. Not happy with my first visit.

Extremely friendly and efficient EVERY SINGLE TIME. They trump every dispensary I've been to, love this place!

This was my second time in the shop and it was a great experience. The person behind the counter was super patient with me as I changed my mind on my order and helped me find the items that worked best for me.

Love the numerous options to choose from and the friendly staff who answers all of your questions.

You're always being watched from the parking lot into the facility or "dispensary." Feels more like military compound with all the security and blatant display of it. Kills the experience in my opinion. Otherwise, the experience was quick, the staff is well trained and knowledgeable on products and the technologies within the store. I didn't see one person without a smile. Selecting a product on leafly is.a bit overwhelming there's just so many types of products.

Convenient location, not to far from anywhere in the Quad Cities! Friendly staff! NTI has a clean well lit location with off street parking. As with any dispensary selection changes. Prices are high like all Illinois dispensaries. (We all know this) Only negative I have is the loyalty rewards could be revamped. Spend $1000 and get $50..... just toss in a preroll from time to time.

It’s ok! Needs to be more inviting and actually have product in stock and keep in stock. Prices are outrageous considering a simple drive to another dispensary and you save money. Need some competition. Can’t wait until someone competent takes over or opens another one.

Drove out here to pick up some flower on the way back from Iowa. Not bad, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Good bud. Also had super friendly people working there, except the awkward security guard. They definitely have their sh*t together! Thanks guys!

Great prices. But it's the first time I had to go through a metal detector. I like they give you the total of front instead of giving you the price and then adding 30% on with the tax. Honestly I'm kind of glad I got to work in the quad cities and check this place out. Hopefully they don't change for the worse. I'll go here anytime I'm in town.

Staff is very helpful and friendly to everyone. Remember to look at their website for available goods. If you're after something specific, add it to an order on leafly and it'll be ready for pick-up. Wait is very reasonable. The store is nice enough to include tax in their listed prices. The store stands by their products if one is defective. A solid dispensary for those who know what they want.

Once again I received moldy products! Frankly the credit to replace the defective products is not enough you should be doing more for your customer's. I spend time and $ to drive over and purchase your products! Frankly you owe me my gas, time, and new product! Also it's very concerning that you don't show or tell customers what defective products look like. So for everyone reading this BLACK SPOTS = Bugs/Mold, PURPLE ROOTS = Mold ,AND WHITE FUZZ = Mold

Poor website and odd experience. Selected my product online, but couldn't find how to sign up for the waitlist. Phoned NTI to ask about signing up for a waitlist, but phone wasn't answered. A friend signed me up on the waitlist and I received the text message about waiting in the car until I received another text to make my way to the door. Never received a text message to "make my way to the door". Glad that I didn't waste my time and do that. After I was placed on the waitlist, about an hour elapsed so I drove over there. After making my way through the metal detector and ID scan, the sales associate was able to quickly locate my product. Can't address the product quality as it's a Xmas gift. Very poor process and confusing for a first time shopper.
