Unfortunately this is one of the closest to my house, I say this because the customer service is sub par at most. I placed an online order and came in roughly 15 minutes before closing. By this time my online order which was “ready” was sitting behind the front counter but they had already closed online ordering pickups. Per the website or Leafly it does not specify that online orders are no longer available for pickup.
The reason I place online orders is so I can pickup my order when I get in. As I’m waiting while writing this review the gentleman behind the front desk is just watching television. Would not recommend this location to anyone else, the other location on Thomas is much better operated.
The TRU INFUSION, cookie & cream bites are fire! Don’t get mixed up with imposters like tru mids. Tru Infusions has the best quality I have personally experienced. Crafty packaging makes me come back for more and this is the only ship that has the best products for a better price. Thanks guys, I truly appreciate everything!
I’ve been a medical patient since 2012 and I’ve been to pretty much all the dispensaries in the valley.
I’ve been coming here a lot since they opened this location. It is right around the corner from another Natures Wonder on Thomas. They both have exactly the same products and exactly the same prices. There’s no atmosphere or decoration, it’s all about good medicine for a good price. Seems clear only one of them is going to last, so I hope it ends up being the one with the nicest staff.
The budtender I met with today would probably be happier working as a probation officer. I made a preorder and when I was picking it up one of the halves was not up to snuff, it has a lot of stems and leaves and trim in the bag, not just buds. Amateur hour, not medical grade.
I asked to swap it out for a different strain but the budtender was power tripping hard on the All Sales Final policy even though my order wasn’t even bagged up yet. That’s not too cool, so I guess I’ll just go to the other one. I did probably spend a couple grand at this spot since they opened it, and had no problems, but I don’t need a power trip any more than I need a lousy half that’s not trimmed correctly. One bad experience and there’s literally no reason on earth I should ever go back. I’ll take my steady business back to the original spot.
My order was canceled by this store because I did not have an online profile with them, so I went to their website and created one. Placed the order again and guess what it was canceled again for the same reason. WOW I guess they don't want my business, there are plenty of other pot stores to choose from with same product close by. As far as I am concerned they can stick it where the sun don't shine. This is ridiculous!
Brand new spot and its an entirely new atmosphere that's very friendly and inviting. Especially with the crew that works there, everyone was super nice!! Also, since its so new there's hardly any wait!
check the date before you buy flower out of this place.... they charge you full price for dust.... I paid $50 for a jar dust.... check the date before you buy anything out of this place.
I absolutely love this place. Tru infusion is literally my favorite brand. I'm obsessed with the delicious strains and the artwork for the packaging is nuts.
First time shopping here, everything was smooth sailing for the process. Easy access and staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Fairs prices and great selection. Will be a return customer even though it's a 25 min drive from home. My old dispensary let me down for the last time.
The best dispensary in the valley, hands down. The quality here surprises all other dispensaries in the valley. When you add in the price point of sale, it’s a no brainer that this is the spot to be going. The smell outside is so strong, it literally pulls you into their parking lot and sucks you out of your car. There’s no getting out of it, it pulls you in! Every time I come here I always leave feeling like I got way more than my moneys worth. It feels like family here, thanks.
