There are so many wonderful things to say about this place I don't know where to begin. Kind, considerate, friendly, great service great prices great quality! Always leaving with a smile...it's like visiting family. You have to experience this all for yourself so be sure to go in and visit them cuz they're wonderful <3

So glad I found this place so close to home! I was really hoping not to be disappointed, & left a loyal customer..the staff is so kind, and they really care abt their patients, and relieving their symptoms, which is important to me..I've had some not so good dispensary experiences in Salem, but with HG's I definitely recommend it to friends and other patients!

Horrible people. I bought a gram of $35 medical oil. when I got home the container was empty. when I called them they basically called me a liar and even hung up on me. Way to help a patient when YOUR company made the mistake. Where is the accountability at?

One of the best shops in town! Mark and Cindy are great and very helpful. Many strains to choose from and a fully stocked BHO section! You earn points for each visit and they have awesome daily deals. I would highly suggest Herbal Grasslands to anyone looking for great medicine at competitive prices!

Good quality flower and nice budtenders. Decent prices. Big selection and they also have lots of pipes etc. and little plants as well. Only one criticism but I don't know if its the dispensary's fault or Leafly's but for whatever reason strains on their menu do not always appear as available. For example, I wanted to try Bettie Page but the strain profile says "not available in your area" even though Herbal Grasslands carried it. Glad I checked their menu, they almost lost a sale to a nearby town.

As a first time OMMP consumer, I selected this dispensary due to its extensive menu on Leafly. I was pleased with the environment which is an open store front with some cases to browse items (pipes, clothing, etc.). I was greeted immediately upon entry. Since I had not laminated my card yet, the young woman behind the counter offered to do so and did an excellent job. I was ushered into the dispensary and was also pleased with the extensive number of different types of items available. Because I had many questions about edibles, etc. the owner assisted me. He answered all of my questions about edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and salves. The information shared helped me to decide and explore items I might not have looked at. I will definitely return to this dispensary.
