nicest dispensary in MA so far!

you can tell the bs reviews about this place "been goin to neta for over a year" , they haven't been open for a year. their shatter is horrible, weed is dried out and not very good. vape pens are awful and taste gross. question 4 passed just grow your own.

Acoustics are horrible for me but the staff is super friendly and well-informed. Each visit, they have spent plenty of time with me and I have never felt rushed. They listen carefully to all my symptoms and have been very helpful with suggestions of strains. Most purchases have been the right result.

The staff was friendly, with the budtender at the full-service desk being extremely personable and informative. The lobby is very open with high ceilings. There were more people waiting than could fit in the roped off queue area for full-service due to reduced staffing during renovations. Waiting in line in a crowded lobby didn't make for a relaxing shopping experience. I love that you can see and smell the flower product before purchasing and see it measured and packaged in front of you. The flower that I purchased was some of the most attractive, fresh, and aromatic flower I've come across. There was no lot parking mid day on a weekday, but there was street and lot parking reasonable distances away.

Reserve Ahead is Dead. Don’t bother. They don’t have adequate inventory control to allow you to order ahead and avoid the walk up line. I reserved before they opened, using today’s menu. Only 1 of the three strains (which showed available on the daily flyer) could be ordered in advance. I was told at the counter that when their inventory for flower falls below 10%, it’s removed from “Reserve Ahead”. But the store hadn’t opened yet, when I went to Reserve Ahead. How could they be low! I’m waiting for Garden Remedies to open. Maybe they’ll get it right. It’s not that complicated dudes. Wasted my time.

Great staff great products worth the visit.

Excellent experienc! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted and attended too rifhr away. Not only Is the atmosphere warm and cozy, the staff and products really make this dispensary stand out from all others I have been too. Overall 10/10

People are friendly. It's a good vibe. It's clean. Prices are absolutely insane for the product. $350 an ounce is ridiculous. If you buy anything more than a quarter your getting ripped off. It also says credit cards are okay on here which is a lie. It's illegal to purchase with a credit card. Wish they gave more to returning patients than to first time patients.

They only have a few types of flower. If you are medical you don’t wait AT ALL and you can reserve ahead online which is nice. But they basically mass produce a few strains to sell to masses of 21 plus. Not much variety. Staff great tho. One of the managers Chino is always great. They will take good care of you and have good lozenges and stuff, but flower selection limited these days.

First visit was on Friday afternoon. Beautiful building, great atmosphere, friendly employees, excellent herb and edibles......they are doing it as it should be done! Very civilized of us Massachusetts...I'm sure the city and state will enjoy the tax dollars...Hopefully others will also open....

Last Saturday was my first official visit. I heard from a friend that went here before that it was amazing, and it is. There is a small side parking lot that holds about 10 cars, and I think they have valet parking on weekends (not sure saw a guy with a shirt that said valet, didn't ask though) SUPER secure, with 2 locked doors that you have to be buzzed into first. (Don't forget your IDs) You go into the old bank, and are greeted by the smell of cannabis and a very friendly greeter that hands you a menu, and checks to see if this is your first time. You have to fill out 3 pages of info, and then get in 1 of 2 lines. Express (few items, scanned and packed and you are on your way. Or, you can go for the regular line, where you can talk about the product, smell and see your options. I went with a friend and we both got the $49 deal (each) and has the nicest association (I believe her name was Laura, a total doll) I can't wait to come back and pick up some new product.

I've been to NETA a few times now. First of all, the building is beautiful, and there are plenty of ways to get here on public transportation - or they have parking too. The entire staff is incredibly helpful, and willing to take the time with you until you are comfortable with what you're getting and are out of questions. They are quite knowledgeable about the products, and their recommendations for me were spot on. I've only tried the flower so far, and it's been great and consistent. On top of that, they have a TV with a live feed to their growing facility. Don't go here because it's the only option IN Boston, go here because it's great.

Location is the best had everything

hardly find a place these days you see everyone putting effort getting along with one another and genuinely try to help each other out. Great reception staff and "Budtender" Annemarie (or Annamarie, I am terrible w/ name) is surely very tender and caring. well, not only taking care patinets' order, a couple jokes will make your waiting time absolutely a blast. And the stuff I got....they know what they are doing. the 1.2 gram cone rolled with "M" filter is a work of art. It's quite an experience gotta say...

This dispensary definitely worth a visit . They do have a great atmosphere, very friendly personnel, it was my first visit yesterday ,i was greeted very nicely. So, if you leave in a Boston area you should check that place out. They have everything needed for vaping too. I only was buying buds though and was very satisfied with a quality and medicinal strength of them

Great selection on edibles with variances from indica, hybrid, and sativa in varying strengths ranging from 5mg to 50mg to 100mg edibles. The shatter seems to be consistent snap n pull if stored cool. The one improvement I would like to see is the shatter stored on higher quality parchment or material that will not stick to the shatter itself. I noticed on multiple occasions some of the white tissue material from the paper holding the shatter going into the shatter.

I wish I lived closer... I drove 100 miles to try this dispensary and it did not disappoint. Kyle was a huge help, took time to explain each product to me, addressed my medical needs (which does not happen at every dispensary so I really appreciated that), and demonstrated great customer service. I would come here as my main dispensary if it were closer. That’s how great it is.

Beware- if you’ve used dose cubes regularly, they changed the packaging and the bottle is now incredibly difficult to open. I lost about 15 into the sink the first time I tried to open it. You’d really think they would consider medical patients with arthritic hands, but no dice. Call and find out what kind of packaging things are in, or you’ll end unable to use it and wasting and losing expensive meds.

This place is top notch all around, bud, employees, and environment. I've been to 4 different dispensaries, this one knocks it out of the park, better than all the others combined.

It's gorgeous with an extremely friendly atmosphere. Staff are very knowledgeable and nice. The wait was a little long but well worth it! Will definitely be returning!

I opened my first passbook account in this building maybe 45 years ago. It is an astonishingly beautiful building. The service, selection and quality are top notch. It is so nice to be in business establishment were employees enjoy what they are doing and truly want to help those in need. NETA gets my vote for best dispensary on the east coast.

Friendly, fun staff and the best selection in the Boston area so far!

When i first arrived I was quite overwhelmed. It was very busy with people everywhere. It was also quite noisy between the somewhat loud music and the crowds of people talking. I asked if there was anyone who could help me since it was my first time and was immediately helped in a private room by Margot who really took the time trying to help me chose what combo would be best for my illness. She helped me chose a small handful of products to try. I never felt over sold to or pressured to buy extra. I wish they had a broader range of supplies since they only sell one model of vape and one ridiculously expensive grinder. I was also disappointed by their complete lack on high CBD strains. There was no high CBD flower or any other high CBD product. It is very frustrating that there isn't at least one. I came home with a few edibles to try and 3 different flowers to try out. I tried Chem Dawg, buddha's sister, and Walker Kush. Buddha's sister ended up rubbing me the wrong way in that it made my insomnia worst instead of putting me to sleep, Chem Dawg is fine, no strong opinion, and Walker Kush is a dream come true. Over all, decent flower and assorted other products, but NO high CBD!! WAY too noisy especially for someone who wasn't feeling very well walking in the door and who's condition is exacerbated by lots of noise and stimuli. I plan on asking for a private consult again if its so busy again. I mostly dealt with Margot who was amazing but everyone else working there seemed very involved with the customers which is a really good sign.
