not going to complain at all, lots of flowers beautiful building, pricing isn't bad at all in fact a little cheaper than I am used to. great plus is getting the oz. price on mixing up your strain choice... definitely going there again...

This location is like a Dream come true. I like the fact that NETA has really educated there staff on all the different types of flowers, Edibles, oils, tinctures and lotion. There flowers are Beautiful. Every time I've gone there they have been fully stocked with a HUGE selection it's been hard to choose. There prices are reasonable when buying small amounts of Medicine. It's almost like they try to steer people away from buying ounces just by the price.

This is clearly the best dispensary I've been to in MA. I've gone there about 5 times at this point, and the selection is almost always great. The last time I went, they must have had 10 different shatter/wax options and at least 8 flower options.. good mix of sativa/indica/hybrids. The employees I've talked to are all knowledgable.. seems like a no-nonsense kind of place. The only real downside is that it's generally crowded, so you might spend an hour there sometimes. I seem to have the best luck going around 1pm. But since you have to spend lots of time there at least sometimes, the atmosphere could be improved. It's a cool old building, but it feels like going the DMV in a way.. maybe if they played some music, it would help. But otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.

First off want to say that as far as new patient specials, there is none I’ve encountered so far that are better than NETA’s match 50$ for 50$ up to 200$, I walked out w an oz for 150, just for that alone it’s worth it for any med patient, only catch is that you can only spend 150$ max per visit so you have to come in twice to cash in fully, it’s also the only reason I’ll ever visit NETA in the future as I was pretty unimpressed overall. Their weed is mostly very good, just way overpriced, and due to the high volume of that store all the best strains are usually sold out and they don’t update their website to reflect that.

I’m a long time medical customer. Neta has great product and customer service. The associates are knowledgeable and eager to help. However, since becoming an adult use facility it has gotten exceptionally loud in there. My last 2 visits i couldn’t here what the associate was saying to me. As a medical patient, I sometimes come with questions to best manage my symptoms. Doesn’t really help if I can’t hear the advice. It’s disappointing, especially given there’s really nothing that can be done about it.

Salem has a small but varied product offerings of quality . It dispenses them in a two sta way. If (I guess he's the 'boss') seems to think you are talking too long with the budtender ,he comes over to check it out- bad vibes city ya bloke! But that isn't the workers fault now is it! Nick, Jr. , and a Brother and supoib Sister that work behind the counter have been 6 Star to deal with and deserve raises!!!.You dont get to see, smell or have some intimacy with what flower you are buying. Their Captain's Cake and Grandaddy Purple are Superb. The place looks like the 'boss' acts, but don't let that stop you. Some of the best product and budtenders in Mass. can be found here. NETA is great! Parking can be an issue. If you have a handicap placard/plate, the staff will make an effort to find you a space if there is any. Which is helpful and there's cop directing traffic so coming in and out is never a problem. Inside is nice, music playing, staff extremely friendly, the lines are long, but I have noticed that the staff will go around and ask if anyone has questions. That distracts you from the mundane line. Nick and Simone are really nice and helpful. It's like seeing old friends. It's a bit pricey but worth the trip. You won't be disappointed with there selection.

Shitty since it became recreational use too. Cent keep any decent flower in stock for medical patients. Nightmare to even go over there. Imagine my disgust when I drive all the way over within 20 mins of placing my order for them to say they don’t have any of the flower I ordered. This was my first dispensary I went to and it was great. Trying to grow big without right measures in place- not to mention how they were fined for using chemicals on flower by state less than a year ago. Never coming back. Way better quality flower and variety at other dispensaries in area without the parking hassle.

Using NETA’s delivery service is a painful customer experience. I’ve placed 6 or 7 online delivery orders with NETA for medical marijuana delivery. Every order has been screwed up because of some glitch in NETA’s computer system. And as the orders became screwed up, I had to wait two whole days before the problem could get fixed and my delivery made. So, if you want a home delivery from NETA expect it to take two days. Also expected to be in a Chat and on the phone with NETA for 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get this fixed.

They have some real Schwagg that shouldn’t be at a dispensary. It’s the lower tier and cheaper, but it’s really really terrible pot. Buyer beware, you’re no longer allowed to look at it, smell it before buying. It’s brown, outdoors, sticky, steamy, doesn’t smell good, doesn’t smoke good. Because they have a real deceptive and downright unethical return policy I’m stuck with an OZ of the worst pot I’ve ever had in my life. It’s up for grabs if anyone wants it, they won’t take it back, give me any store credit or anything. It’s unsmokable. The grey area in their return policy either means two things: they cook their books and lie to the GOV on their reportings, OR they’re intentionally deceptive and unethical in their business practices.

This place is the real deal. They constantly have a large selection, and great edibles. The staff members are all super friendly and easy going. The lines can sometimes be long, but nothing you can do about it with the dispensary options in MA right now; everyone is going here instead of other dispensaries closer to them. NETA is setting the bar high for dispensaries in MA and it's for the best! I make a 2.5 - 3 hour round trip out of it every other week from the North Shore. I ensure you the trip is always worth it!

Staff was friendly, but overly familiar. Deeply urban location, so not convenient for car travelers. Sports a boutique-like atmosphere, which I find disconcerting as a medical user. Also disconcerting is the practice of waving flower aroma in your face for each variety. The whole experience felt like it was more about promoting pot culture than serving people with medical conditions. Selection was also poor in Indica. One visit will be all for me.

Without s doubt the worst collection of people in one place I genuinely don’t know where to start with this disaster. Medical patients stay away we have officially been given the shaft since recreational use has been made available the rec line moves three times as fast. I have been coming here since well before the rec days and the level of service is so low of you guys were in any other industry I don’t see how you would still be standing you guys ha w gone very Downhill and I promise I’ll never come back to this place again

How my orders go from 300-400 after “discounts” trash ass place never again. Stick to happy valley or commcan

Most expensive in M.A. No Discounts, big lines, and fake strains GSC is not girl scout cookies!!! Charging same for 1/8s and 1/2's with no discount either GREEDY PLACE!!

Great staff! Very friendly and they let you check out anything before you buy. Pretty crowded when I got there but it was definitely worth the wait!

I love NETA Brookline. The people have always been extremely helpful and the wait times now are nothing like they were a year ago. If you suffer from arthritis or muscle tension try the Allay Lotion xtra THC. It's amazing and has changed my life. No more muscle relaxants or pain meds needed and I had nerve pain/surgery. Prices are great here too and I like that you can buy small amounts of flower.

Extremely dry, brittle flower, but a great selection of edibles and carts. i especially like the rubi carts.
