Very cool setting (the old Brrokline Savings Bank), top-notch staff (friendly, funny, and fearless), and consistantly fine wares (more smiles, and bang, for the buck!) This was my second visit: 1. A bit more crowded (5 customers in front of me) 2. But plenty of in-line seating! 3. Did not feel rushed while being served (and I did ask lots of questions, all of which were answered forthrightly!) My main reason for returning was ADVICE. Rather than going in with preconceived "wants" I told my "budtender" what I was trying to achieve and relied on their recommendations. Spot on the first time I went. Even more spot on this time. Bottom line: I will shop thgeir again.

I stopped in for my first ever visit to any dispensary and really enjoyed it. The staff was amazingly helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. The paperwork was quick and I was in and out within a lunch break. Which was unfortunate because I could have hung out and talked with these guys for hours. They also have a review book where patients and employees provide reviews of different strains that have been available. This way you can get the opinion of a bunch of people while you wait. It's fantastic and the reviews are mostly well done. The building is also very cool, being in an old bank and all. I did have one issue that I plan to address tomorrow morning which is that I bought extra strength lotion, but the bottle reads Regular Strength. Not a huge deal, just gives me a reason to go grab another bottle and a few more pre-rolls (which are fantastic if you wanna sample a strain).

UPDATE 8/31 I placed my reserve ahead order at 11:54am and I never received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup until 8:43pm. what a joke on your part Neta! I will post this on every media possible. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO MEDICAL PATIENTS AND HAVE GONE DOWN HILL. LAST 6 RESERVE AHEAD ORDERS HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE DISASTER. (See attached time stamps for proof that they clearly suck at confirming orders!) UPDATE: It turns out they spontaneously shut off their reserve ahead ordering system at a radom time depending on business. Unfourtantley that means you have to place several orders and have them cancelled as they go through but the stock is unavailable. In addition, after 3 years shopping there they said me being a Jr. was an issue when processing my order. All in all, recreational customers are getting reserve ahead orders processed and picked up before patients. If you plan to visit after 5pm have an open mind on your selection as it will be random or cancelled. My last two reserve ahead orders have been a nightmare and cancelled. However, after waiting in line longer than anyone else they seem to have the bottom of the barrel nugs available to remedy the situation. Friendly and Efficient. Neta has been my #1 stop since they opened their Brookline doors. Flower is always of best quality. Reserve ahead is incredibly helpful. Alex was accommodating on my last visit. If you're into flower, try the Sweet Tooth!

As a medical cardholder, I would go to any other dispensary at this point for customer service but NETA. They care too little anymore for real medical patients and clearly care solely for the high volume sales to the general public as their strategic M.O. Recently their on-line order system was down for over 24 hours both Brookline and North Hampton, and the only possible customer service to call to speak to a real person was also down in both locations. After 15 attempts to call - no ability to leave a message or call back number- a NETA employee finally answered but offered no help or support in placing an order even though their online system was down. It was very time consuming and discouraging when your in Brookline to get told to travel 2 hours to north Hampton if you want product/services. It has prompted me to get real medicinal care support services and products in other great dispensaries in the greater Boston area.

I was thoroughly impressed by their selection and am looking forward to when they get the shatter in stock. I am going to half to agree with some of the other posters that 350$ an ounce is a tad overpriced.

NETA is consistent. Their cartridges are some of the best I've had for distillate, but their flower is just okay. I stopped shopping at NETA after an unfortunate situation with one of their carts. The cart was missing about 1/8th of the 1g product, but the online support dismissed the issue stating that bubbles are to be expected. I've seen my share of bubbles, and that was not a typical one. A few days worth of medication were missing. If you've just picked up or renewed your card NETA is definitely worth a visit for the 200$ discount (50$ of a purchase of 100$). Otherwise, I don't feel good supporting this company.

Awful parking for patients. No real good direction on where to park for patients. I can’t imagine having mobility issues and trying to go to this dispensary. The police officer was a jerk and so were the workers in the parking lot who yelled at me when I didn’t know where to park. They apologized when I finally walked a half mile to get there and realized I am a medical patient, so I gave one star for atmosphere. Sean (Shawn?) who helped me once inside made up for it, thankfully. Service is always amazing here. I recommend not yelling at the people trying to give you business, especially those of us that have an actual medical need.

I've been coming to NETA Brookline since shortly after it opened for medical use. The staff have always been really friendly and enthusiastic about helping find the right product for you. I feel like I can ask questions, especially silly how-to questions here without being embarrassed about my lack of experience with cannabis Since this location opened to retail sales I have found it extremely overwhelming and no longer enjoy coming here. They really have made a lot of efforts to prioritize medical patients (skip the line at the door, separate waiting area near the entrance, registers just for medical patients, not subject to quantity limits), but it is noisy, chaotic, and crowded now. I have a couple vouchers left from renewing my Rx but after I use them I don't think I'll be back.

ordering online was easy and awesome. I walked right past 150 people waiting in line, got my order and left. The only thing I didnt like was I couldnt add to the order when I got there and it was hard to hear with so many people in a big huge space. But I'd absolutely return. In fact, I am. Today.

Went here yesterday. I purchased some shatter, wax, a vape cartridge, and an 8th of Hurricane flower. EVERYTHING was AWESOME! I I am usually very skeptic when I visit a dispensary in this state because it seems like everywhere the weed is too dry and the prices are too high. I was very pleased with the freshness of the the flower and the high was pure happiness. The shatter and wax was also incredible. I will absolutely go back when I have the time.

Their “premium” pre rolls are terrible. It’s like smoking nothing. The flower has no smell and more importantly elicits no high. They are rolled incorrectly at the top so the canoe while you smoke. They really are letting their name do a lot of the heavy lifting here and it’s incredibly disappointing to see that one of the most seasoned dispensaries doesn’t seem to know what they are doing.

I recently went to NETA located in Brookline,  Ma. I was unsure of exactly what I needed to get that would help or alleviate my various medical issues.  I walked in & it was  extremely busy. I could start to feel myself getting anxious. I didn't stand long before I was greeted by a woman named Lisa. She came from behind the counter and couldn't have been kinder in her approach or more professional! I was blown away. With all the patients/ customers there, she made me feel like I was the only one at that moment that mattered! I was relieved.  She took the time to listen to me, explain my options & help me! She took me to counter & I was amazed by her knowledge and ability to multitask and still make me feel secure in my decision making.  Afterwards, Lisa had what I picked out & rang everything up ! It was second nature for her. She even showed me how to hold items I bought to easily remove because it is difficult to do with my hands. She made me feel like I was the only patient there. I will be returning to this dispensary often. I highly recommend NETA in Brookline. Ma.! Outstanding experience.  Pamela S

Didn't have the best experience. I wanted to try out the edibles so I bought a Hybrid 100mg Dose Bar and Sativa 100mg Dose Bar. Well I've never had edibles before so I was cautious and took 5 mgs. I felt absolutely nothing. So I slowly started increasing my dose to 10 mgs, 15,20, etc. I was all the way up to 45 mgs before I decided to stop. I literally felt absolutely nothing. I'm a new smoker, only have been smoking about 9 months. I don't have a high tolerance, actually I have a very low tolerance and it doesn't take much to get me where I need to be. I'm not sure if they made it wrong or what. I tried on empty stomach. full stomach, partially full stomach and nothing. I was really disappointed. They had a good menu though, but the only thing is its a far distance for me, so its really not worth going back, at least until prices drop. I spent $60 on 2 semi decent tasting chocolate bars. I gotta say the staff is great though and very knowledgeable.

Ordered deliver. They delivered! A little goes a looooooong way with those HEIGHTS chocolate bars. You don’t want to have a whole square. Maybe half of a square cause when it hits IT HITs lol loved it.

Super impressed, very comfortable atmosphere. While the line may be long, ever staff member goes out of their way to assist you on a one-on one-on, personal counsulting session with an expert behind the counter. You truly come first here, and if the wait was twice as long, I'll still be perfectly content striking up a conversation with another patient or three to effortlessly pass the time. Just an overall great experience. Job We'll Done!!
