Honestly there deals are mehh but that's really the only alright thing about this place. The people there are extremely rude especially the lady that's usually is at the front desk. Everytime I've gone here everyone has had an attitude with me, and is always trying to rush me out. and I have not once called and not gotten hung up on. If u come to the valley this is the last place u wanna get your marijuana from.

Hmmm, I just love the Vibe here. I feel like I see my extended budz here and not to mention the great deals. Prices are pretty freakin affordable especially if you time their “mind blowing” sales on top of the already cheap prices. It’s like couponing for herb....

first let me say staff is very nice and informative about stuff and flower is usually nice and they do have great deals going all the time BUT every time I shop at this nirvana mistakes seem to happen that costs me extra money every time!!, whether it be wasting gas driving down there to pick up an order that was confirmed ready then when I get there they tell me sorry but we just ran out of that. why did I get a confirmation to come down and get it then? I got no solid answer back on that one and then tryed to sell me less of what I wanted for more money. not cool at all ( that's happened twice) or like last night how I was charged full price for an item that was on sell, like a dummy I didn't catch on to it till after I left, I call em and yes I was over charged and instead of saying come back and get your money back ( which honestly I needed bc of this covid-19 outbreak and the lack of work going on) they gave me credit for the exact amount, didn't bother to maybe give me a little more for there mistake and the waste of my future time with them. I will use my credit for my last and final visit to Apache nirvana when I have to reup on my meds. they should of just given me my money back,not credit. this is there 3rd huge mistake they've done to me and have never reached back out to me to apologize or make it right. sorry to be negative about my feedback guys but I'm not happy with these situations I've been put in by your store. I wish you would make it right with me bc I'm actually a good customer

Staff is super informative and a huge selection makes picking the right smoke easy!

I haven't been there in a year because of the last bad experience I had, but after a friend told me about the special they had I decided to give them another chance. Even found the special on their website. When I got there the girl looked at me like I was crazy when I told her what special I wanted Even pulled up their website and showed them, but they wouldn't honor it even though it was on their website. So I left I and will definitely not be going back.

Has great product and promotes veteran discounts! Be careful the discounts are conditional unlike your service to the people. Keep slapping those vets in the face 👍

For the second time now my order has been lost or misplaced. The first time I did it through their website and was told sometimes they don’t get orders coming through that way and the best way to do it is Leafly. So this time I did. I ordered at 8:15am, received confirmation that my order was ready at 10:02am. I went to the shop at 5pm and they didn’t have it or find it at all. The excuse I got was “someone from the morning shift must have just hit the button that they did it but we can’t find it.” So I ended up with only one of the three things I ordered. I understand I’m heated about it right now, but now having it happen twice to me is unacceptable and I hope this issue is addressed.

I like the quality of product and the customer service. The budtender was friendly. I got an infused preroll for 12, that was the quality on point !!!

Online orders are ok. Not sure if online orders are processed until you get there?? Seems to be short of product but don't update you, til check in.. Not good. Update your customers if products are no longer in stock. I have been disappointed a FEW times.

Your leafly page indicates you sell both recreational and medical. The about section literally starts with “Medical and Recreational 21+” it was probably copied and pasted from another location, but you don’t honor medical taxes when someone comes in based off Leafly. You have great sales and good people though! I just won’t be shopping there again unless the deal is so good it counters recreational taxes.

They sent me some text messages about ounce specials $65 and $75 I’ve gotten popcorn ounces before at other dispensaries not too bad just some smaller buds not bad at all this place just gave me an ounce of shake basically and a bunch of sticks horrible maybe if you spent 200 bucks on announced it’s not too bad there

This is an amazing dispensary. Every dispensary accept for the Phx, Nirvana needs to take the lead from Nirvana AJ. The quality meds here are fantastic. The bottom shelf is as good or better than others top shelf. I got the top shelf and it is seriously some of the nicest medication I have ever received as 6 year patient in AZ. I sat for 4 minutes before they politely called me back.. The bud tender MELVIN IS THE MAN. Super knowledge on the flower. Recommended the snoops dreams and the crunchberry.. holy geez amazing. All the way around from the woman(s) at the front, to the last people to greet me as I left.. AAMZING JOB

Love this place. Also kind and helpful. Positive atmosphere. Large variety of products. Good prices. Great flower!! Been several times. Will continue going back. Been to three other dispensaries and not impressed at all. Nirvana def the best one.
