first time customer, I went back the next day, I waited 30 min. then they text my phone saying they was ready to see me, long story short I would not send my worst enemy to buy anything from here.
I was overcharged by $30, was supposed to be a "bulk deal" 3 $35 eighths for $75, they charged me $35 an eighth then gave me a $10 discount. When I realized I had been overcharged I called them, they indicated they would call me back, I waited an hour called them back and now the management says they will give me "28 points" and the next time I come in I can get $20 off my purchase. Why don't they make it right and give me the actual money they overcharged me? I wont be shopping here again and I will discourage others from doing so. No one wants to be stolen from.
I placed an order through Leafly, but wasn’t able to pick it up before they closed, thus I was given a “STRIKE” and was informed after 3 strikes I would be banned from purchasing from them for a month. I cannot get over these “PUNISHMENTS” imposed by these business who claim they’re there to help, but just make life even more difficult. Good thing that there are a few other local options for me, as I will NEVER use Nirvana again!

I still love nirvana but I miss the perks for us patients.
Ordered online for the bogo- 10 total carts/ 2 gummies- got there - waited 20 minutes and was told bogo only applies 5x - ok no problem- take 2 carts of - (watch her remove 2 flavors I ordered) asked to add flower and was told no sorry it is to busy? Um what???? Just some prepackaged flower??? I just waited 20 minutes- I’m spending $200 I’ve been a customer since you’ve opened! Ok whatever. So frustrated! Then I put my cartridges away to find that they subbed 3 of them!!! So- you took what I actually ordered off my order and left my subs? Seriously?? Time to cash in all my points I guess- I’ve sent so many people there- I tip well- and ??? 😞

This is family and that’s what the whole canibus meds rec whatever is clever. Form your own opinion and then perceive or justify what alll the haters are saying, only talk about you when you’re killing the game. So that’s why you hear about nirvana. Been a patient since the beginning and I don’t stray. Great staff, great deals and happy to be helping you. Great vibes!!
Also you haters that bitch about what YOU purchased, you pick it, they don’t force you to be unhappy about a purchase YOU made.

Use to be my go to dispensary. Manager was absolutely rude. Plus I thought I was getting under weighed and saw others complaining bout same so I stop shopping here. H4L way better and worth the drive

I stood in line on 420 for 3 hours and was there a half hour before they opened. They took our id's right before the next few people to be let in. I got skipped twice by people that were behind me the whole time. They were giving out boxes which they said were random. I wasn't at the window that I order at cuz I was getting some concentrates. I come back to my window I look around and EVERY SINGLE PERSON that was in my group at the time had received a box. I was the ONLY person that did not receive one that was back there. The 5 people behind me in line all had a box including the 2 people in front of me that I was skipped by. So I get pretty frustrated when I realized every person randomly had a box that was back there except me, I spent close to $500 and stood in line for over 3 and a half hours to be the only one in the back to get excluded from the box giveaway. So as I notice this I get so frustrated and the people that were in front and behind me thought it was pretty crappy too and it wasn't right and even expressed their feelings about it. So the budtender says lemme talk to my manager as she looks around and sees I am the only one without the box. So she went and checked with the manager and he comes over and says, "I am sorry we randomly hand them out." And I say, "so I randomly am the only one in this entire group of shoppers that didn't get a box, that's what you are telling me?" He says, "yeah unfortunately its random and frustrated I say, "even the 4 people behind me and the couple people in front of me got a box and I got skipped not once but 2 times to come back here but it is random?" At this point I was livid. I spent almost $500 he could have understood the situation and how it appeared in my eyes and the eyes around me and even the budtender was shocked! Complete BS! This is how they treat their customers,, NOT COOL!This is the second bad experience that I have had. I am also completely knowledgeable about almost every product and in many cases know more then some of their employees and to have them argue instead of listen maybe they will learn something but not a chance they argued till they were blue in the face and they were completely misinformed because I googled it and I was right and they still wanted to argue! Just an honest review from a loyal, disappointed customer!

drove a total of 40 mins in total & Tried to buy a Select cart today sadly walked out without buying anything and went to another dispo instead smh. I was thinking the 20% off all carts Wednesday special would apply to the Select brand cart I was purchasing and also leafly showed the discount applied to my Select half gram cart when I placed the order for a total of $39 with tax but when I showed up to Nirvana AJ the budtender told me my total was $46 ( you guys should fix ur leafly cuz it comes off like ur baiting and switching) and that the carts that are listed under the daily bundle specials aren't valid for the 20% off carts discount... WACK!!! budtender tried to talk me into getting other product that was cheaper instead of honoring or compensating for all the confusion. don't think I'll be back again which is a bummer... instead of saying "20% all carts" you guys should be more specific.... the exclusions are confusing.

I'm not sorry that I bought all the THC-a diamonds, everyone. the deal was way too good to pass up! f***, this stuff is 100% fire!!! this is my new go-to dispensary and it's around the corner from work and home. I went in to buy a disposable vape. My budtender Amber was very helpful, although she mistakenly sold me only the cartridge. After I left shop I opened my package and noticed what I had purchased did not have a battery. I phoned Nirvana and the supervisor I spoke to sounded like they were going to help me out but I was already on my way out of town headed back home to Heber- over 100 miles away.
The next day I had to drive back to Apache Junction so decided to try calling again, this time the supervisor said they had no batteries for it. She said I could go to any smoke shop for one. (Which I should not have needed to do if they sold me correct product)
I have been to 3 different smoke shops and was told I will not find a battery for what they sold me. So I bought a cartridge I cannot ever use. NOT HAPPY!

Got a text at 8am about the select 45 and 60 half ounces so I drive 45 mins to get there at 8:45ish only to be told they dont have any 45 half ounces, and had to get the 60 half ounce, this is the second time they sent the text saying they have them but they never even put them out. False advertising it makes them look bad, if you dont have it dont text me that you have it.

I go in for deals from Leafly, they say they don't have them then friends tell me I should go back. This has happened 3 times now. They dont seem very knowledgeable about what they have in stock. The prepackaged shake isnt even bud shake, it is leaf and stem trimmings barely useful for making butter and damn sure not smokable.

Customer service is unforgivable. Receptionist greeted me with “Nirvana, hold” and then left me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. Very aggravated with the service I was provided today

im back to review my second quarter which is a $10 a gram mid shelf and it has baby seeds too orange sherbert and the other one was purple haze and the girl was telling these are the best yeah if your just a smoker and dont need actual meds go here looking for high priced headache or a general high than this place is for you just another encanto

Yet again, another great location run by The Nirvana Center Dispensaries! Tax Inclusive Pricing, Friendly & Knowledgeable Budtenders, and quality medicine is why I choose Nirvana to shop at! My budtender this afternoon was Ryan, and his service was absolutely stellar. He made me feel welcomed, & was very helpful in recommending the best strains, grown by some of the best growers in Arizona. All in all, I’d definitely return even though I am a bit of a drive

Very disorganized. Extremely loud music. Very “headshop” feel. Definitely not aimed at medicinal place. Lobby trash cans overflowing. Really regret coming here for 420

Nirvana Centers were already a favorite of mine, so when the new location opened up I had to visit and get that fantastic FTP discount (50% off c'mon that's the best). My budtender was awesome and extremely helpful (and I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but it was register 1 3:58 checkout and you have LOVE on your knuckles), as was everyone else I interacted with, and extremely accommodating. I think I'll be making the drive to Apache Junction for the forseeable future.
Also very much looking forward to Nirvana Center Tempe (with a good bike rack please!)
