Love this place they have the best prices in the east valley and great selection. Awesome specials. Staff is great. Was helped today by younger heavy set guy w tattoos and a flat bill hat- and for the first time in a year was unhappy with the service I received. I don’t remember your name but next time, smile, act like you like your job, and your customers aren’t burdening you by asking questions. I felt like if I was a friend it would have been all good but being a patient/customer I was taking up his time and not worth talking to. Never have I felt like this here before. Also note that this is still medical in AZ. It is not for fun, you are not a bud tender who can act like a jerk.. you are a medical representative for the state MMJ program and ALL patients should be treated with respect.

Bait and switch Been going here for over a year now. I can say that they are one of the most confusing dispensarys around. I was told I'd receive a veteran discount, On what? Every thing I'd like to buy has ( no additional discount) However the thing that I've noticed is if I buy a certain type of flower on Monday And go back on Wednesday to get more of the same thing, it's totally different... Happened more than once there. Not happy!

Due to social distancing there was quite a wait outside of the dispensary, which was not a big deal at all. It was a beautiful day outside so i enjoyed the weather. The reason I gave the quality such a low star is because as a "New Patient" it should be fully disclosed to us that we are unable to smell any of the meds available in the store. I was pretty disappointed at the fact that i had to guess on just bag appeal wether or not i was getting a good strain. Who shall come to my rescue now at this critical decision in my experience at Nirvana....AHA! I can always count on my bud tender to steer me in the right direction. Unfortunately my bud tender was unfamiliar with any of the strains i chose to look at (the entire redcap shelf) due to the fact that she has "never smoked any of them". Anyway i hope after this whole corona hysteria i can come back to Nirvana and get the full experience.

Same stuff, different day. They have different employees everyday but the same cannabis everyday. If you want to compete with Nature's Wonder, DO BETTER!!!
