Great service! Great flower! Only place I shop!

My only problem is the time you spend on hold. I called twice about my online order and was put on hold both times. 1st time 6 minutes second time 11 minutes... I understand being busy however that was actually to ridiculous for me See you is several weeks. This left a bad taste!!!

Nirvana Centers were already a favorite of mine, so when the new location opened up I had to visit and get that fantastic FTP discount (50% off c'mon that's the best). My budtender was awesome and extremely helpful (and I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but it was register 1 3:58 checkout and you have LOVE on your knuckles), as was everyone else I interacted with, and extremely accommodating. I think I'll be making the drive to Apache Junction for the forseeable future. Also very much looking forward to Nirvana Center Tempe (with a good bike rack please!)

Chis helped me out my first time here. Such a great experience! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Brandy also went out of her way to help with some cc issues. Product was fabulous and I’ll definitely be back!! 3/21/19

Extremely disappointed, will not be returning. I have respected their mask rule,as I cannot wear one, I check in, go to my car, wait to be called, then enter without a mask and shop, a few days ago, I checked in, no security, a budtender and 2 vendors in the lobby, Amber called my name, said hello, pointed me to get counter then started yelling at me that I couldn't be back there without a mask, how dare I enter without one, embarrassing me and should have been embarrassed herself, telling me I had to leave, that my medical condition preventing me from wearing one didn't matter, that I had to leave. I was there 4 days prior and 3 days before that, all with no mask and no issue. She then came to my car to do curbside, which was a joke, she had no clue of the stock and I pretty much got a surprise bag. Then today they had no stock of any of their deal items, were extremely rude in person and on the phone.

Trinity G is my new All Star Budtender. she had all the info and the deals perfect for me. Nirvana is back, better than ever!

This dispensary above all the ones I have visited before is the best one in my opinion. It got's great prices. The environment is just exceptional. And I never have to wait in line for too long. I highly recommend this dispensary to anybody out there.

Great Flower!

Absolutely love coming here, this is the only shop I have been coming to ever since I got my card and they are so friendly and knowledgeable!! So far I’ve had Byron and Vanessa as my budtenders!

Same stuff, different day. They have different employees everyday but the same cannabis everyday. If you want to compete with Nature's Wonder, DO BETTER!!!

They like to overcharge you on items and not fix the mistake when asked. I’ve been in the cannabis industry for 10 and I have never been treated so poor. Very disappointing and your store should be ashamed.

I still can’t get over how bad this DRIP wax is lmfao it’s straight up brown. Why couldn’t I have seen the product before I bought it? He INSISTED it was golden and yellow and it’s absolutely not.

This location is always out of the specials they advertise . I went in today to get 2 $60 1/2 ounces of flower and 2 Venom X cartridges . They didn’t have any of either. This has happened to me many times in the last 6 months. Their shelves are always empty. Whoever does the ordering for this location should be fired. You can’t make money if you have no product to sell. Plus customers will start going somewhere else. I wound up driving all the way to Tempe a couple weeks ago because AJ had advertised Clean Cartridges and had none. The Tempe store was loaded with them.

Due to social distancing there was quite a wait outside of the dispensary, which was not a big deal at all. It was a beautiful day outside so i enjoyed the weather. The reason I gave the quality such a low star is because as a "New Patient" it should be fully disclosed to us that we are unable to smell any of the meds available in the store. I was pretty disappointed at the fact that i had to guess on just bag appeal wether or not i was getting a good strain. Who shall come to my rescue now at this critical decision in my experience at Nirvana....AHA! I can always count on my bud tender to steer me in the right direction. Unfortunately my bud tender was unfamiliar with any of the strains i chose to look at (the entire redcap shelf) due to the fact that she has "never smoked any of them". Anyway i hope after this whole corona hysteria i can come back to Nirvana and get the full experience.

I only give 1 star so I can leave the only feedback this place deserves. They are informative and kind in person and over the phone for your first visit. You are screwed moving forward. The only thing they are consistent with is advertising product they never have in stock or miraculously run out 5 minutes after opening! I come back due to location ONLY. Buyer beware!
