Nirvana Center - Phoenix

Two different times I placed an order thru Leafly and both times this dispensary didn't honor what's listed on the menu. People that work there not patient friendly at all, the most difficult experience's dealing with the staff.

Procedure during this trying time is very effective 👌🏾

NIRVANA is my favorite. DOPEST STAFF , BOMB ASS PRE-ROLLS by far, and PLUS it’s less than 5 minutes away from my house 🏠 A++ HAPPY SMOKER

I usually have a good experience here - not a long wait time and great service from the budtenders. Jacob was my budtender today and he was very friendly. However, I'm disappointed in the precautions the staff/owners aren't taking for COVID. I was one of only a couple other patients with masks on, seats were all close together, staff had no masks, and even the staff was bringing patients through the main room too close to other patients (not maintaining social distancing). Please improve the precautions your store is taking even though the stay at home order has been lifted - COVID isn't close to going away. I'm going to avoid shopping here again until that happens.

Overall, the experience was great..I will definitely go back! There was a bit of a wait, but once inside, things were all good! Ask for Lily..she ROCKS!

So, I placed an order online and picked it up. I got home and my order was wrong, I was supposed to be getting 2 of the same eighths that were 22% thc. I got one eighth that I ordered and another one that was 17% thc. So I go back to the dispo and they pointed to a sign and say that they don't do refunds or exchanges on flower. They said they would talk to the employee but couldn't exchange my order that was wrong by no fault of mine. I won't go back to any of these locations.
