I’ve been to this place a couple of times and every time I’m not satisfied. First time my buds were dry. Second time I was told because what I purchased I should receive Two half gram pre rolls and 1 gram when I got home I had three half grams. Today when I visited I called in to order for %20 off I ordered the Oz and asked the one taking my order do I get the %20 off she said yes, they said 30 minutes to get it ready I showed up a hour later. Waited and had patients and new Patients come in and head to the back while I was waiting for my order still. When I went to cash out the lady didn’t give me the 20% off when I asked about it she said that they don’t double promo. I honestly could have signed in as walk in and been out sooner. Lately everything about Nirvana seems to have gone straight down the toilet. When you place an online order, then receive a call explaining they’re out of what you ordered, so you pick something else, only to show up to learn that you aren’t getting anything you ordered, because they’re out. Not to mention the 45 minutes I waited to pick up my online order that “was ready” 40 minutes before I arrived. Every customer waiting to head to the back was IN AND OUT of the store before I was ever called up. If you can’t manage your online, telephone, AND walk-in business, day us all a favor and pick one to excel at & stop torturing your clients with the half-assed service.

On my one day off from work on the weekend I drove 15 miles to this dispensary for a certain strain. I was overcharged for an item I did not receive. I wasn't aware at the times as I did not want to open the bag before I brought it home 15 miles away. I drove back the next day to receive a refund. It was not explained that there was a different price when the total amount of flower is an ounce or more meaning that my refund was was less than I was overcharged. After a call to the dispensary I received a clearer explanation from the manager as to why my refund was less that I was overcharged. I was very understanding and never requested to be reimbursed for the inconvenience or a small amount for gas for driving a total 30 miles because of their mistake. Near the end of the conversation with the manager he said to me "Have a great rest of your day" and he hung up on me while I was still answering him. I still want to let him know about my frustrations and wasn't given the opportunity to do so. Although my previous 2 visits went well I am very disappointed with this dispensary and in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

As much as I want to love this place- they've got great selection and their 20% discount for online ordering would make them my one and only, one-stop pot shop but the unbelievable degree of hassle and difficulty involved in making a phone or online order is enough to ruin the rest of my evening. Their website menu is never accurate and when I've called in to get information that I need so I can order what I actually want I get rude service and argumentive excuses as to why they can't answer my questions and when I finally give up on that and decide just to go in and talk face-to-face with the products right in front of me, I get told that I lose my discount because I am only eligible if I order online or over the phone. I was recently told that the reason their personal website https://www.nirvanacenter.com/ isn't accurate is because Leafly is in charge of it and they are not doing their updates properly and that I should be placing my online orders via the Leafly webiste. Ok, so why not put that information on your business's personal website so people can just do it without all the phone calls and back a forths. Also, when I go on to Leafly and look up their menu, there is no button offering online ordering which tells me you CAN"T order online through Leafly. So, I'm guessing their answer would be to call and order according to Leafly's menu. Ok, fair enough but maybe you guys could hire someone who can fix your website so it actually functions the way you're telling people it does. Don't advertise online ordering to your customers unless it actually works. It's just bad for your business when customers end up completely frustrated and unhelpable when their goal is to just come buy something from you based on a system YOU put out there. Also, maybe have a meeting or training program for your employees about professional customer service. I've had employees get fully argumentive and confrontaional with me just for trying to ask basic questions about the details of products that I couldn't get via the website or over the phone.
This place has really gone to being one of the worst dispensaries in phoenix and they don’t even realize it lmao I just bought 2 quads $142 total ..HORRIBLE WEED.... both strains are trash taste like mids and barely get me high ....Last time I went it was the same ...WHOEVER makes these deals and pricing on product needs to be fired it happens way TOO MANY TIMES ....LONG WAIT , MIDS , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , OVERPRICED

I'm tired of ever review written is just someone wanting something for free. I'm writing real review's, I can afford a stupid pre roll that suck anyways. This place here 90%, of the time there flower is not flushed correctly, the ashes have this blackish gray to it, its not white ashes on there $14g. Other than that this place has good people that work here and good customer service.

I went into Nirvana as a first time customer. On first thought this was a nice place, large, clean and a big parking lot. They offer a BOGO on anything up to $75 for first time clients. I choose to use my discount on a vape cartridge. The stoned out guy helping me, seemed to only want to show me the lowest cost items. My guess is, they don't want to BOGO more expensive items, although they advertise it.
The $45 cartridge that I wanted and am familiar with was "out of stock" in sativa, ALTHOUGH, I could plainly see 3 of them hanging on the wall. When I asked about them, I was told they were already sold to an online order before I arrived, just hadn't been packaged yet. He gave me a really good sales pitch on a $32 O pen reserve cartridge (2 with the BOGO for new patients). As a new patient I also received a free pre roll, which was pure crap. Was a half filled cone of shake with an 1 1/2" twisted tail of paper. Oh well, it was "free".
The real issue arose when I used the first cartridge. Within 30 minutes of opening it, the tip (mouth piece) fell off, it continued to fall off every few minutes until I nearly lost it. I then opened the 2nd (BOGO) pen and low and behold, within an hour, the tip fell off.
I packed them back up in the ORIGINAL packages (still totally full) and the following day I returned to Nirvana to replace them.
They were beyond rude to me. First, they kept me sitting in the lobby forever while other patients were served. Being a positive person, I figured they were discussing the matter with management. I was wrong!
The young lady that came to get me from the lobby, had no idea why I was there. She left me standing so she could discuss with a manager whether or not they would take the cartridges back.
They whispered in a huddle 3 deep in front of me with her returning to tell me, "After talking to my manager, we can't give you a refund".
I repeated to her what I told the girl when I first came in; I did NOT want a refund. Actually, I will give you more money to upgrade the cartridges to the ones I wanted in the first place. Which WERE by the way, remarkably STILL hanging on the wall; ALL 3 of them! I thought they were promised to an online patient?? Again, she returned from her huddle and I was told "you can purchase the other cartridge but we can't take these back because the product is not defective. "The tips are SUPPOSED to fall off"... Are you kidding me? Having a vape pin without a functional mouthpiece is not a defect?
This company and it's management do not care one bit about their customers, it really does show. Selling a product that they know their patients won't be able to use is obviously OK with Nirvana. I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone. I know that the $200-$300 I spend a month won't make a difference to the bottom line of this business, but I'll never spend another dime here. Nor will anyone I know.

Used to be a cool spot for med patients, but just like every other dispensary that does this , they don’t care about the med patients any longer. Used to come here quite often, now they are rude and just in it for the money not the patient. Sad but true.

Without a doubt, best dispensary in the Valley. I live in the East Valley and drive pass 7-10 dispensaries on the way and its still worth it due to the quality, prices and selection. Every time I've been in, every budtender has been extremely helpful and informative. Most recently budtender Bri was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend Sublime and Flourish edibles, Purple Urkle is one of my favorites for flower. If you haven't been yet, you need to check this place out. You'll be hooked.

I've been coming here for a while now . Never had a problem . Always friendly and patient . My last two times were complete opposites. Yesterday went in 3:20-3:30 ish . In time for happy hour . Budtender reminded me it was happy hour aswell , spend 70$+ and I didn't receive thetwo prerolls. Week before yesterday dude seemed out of it . Looked irritated right before he stapled the bag had to remind him it was happy hour . Hope you guys keep the quality service and don't fall off .
They messed up my online order- had to come back and get it fixed- THEN they over charged me almost $75 over what I should have paid- I called and they said I had to bring my whole order back! Once again, I drive back to the store and go in the because a manager Never called me back as promised! I go in and they tell me “So I can give you a credit but thats all I can do for you...sorry.” I have 3 kids and getting to the disp is already hard enough! That was total BS! Wack-Wack-Wack!!!

Budtender lissette was very negative and unhelpful never had a bad service this bad and I been to plenty of good shops out here I pretty much grabbed watever I figured was good because my Budtender was really negative and unhelpful in every way.

Waited over an hour as a pick up and kept getting skipped by other online orders that were behind me in line . Not a single person wanted to answer why it even make it right . I drove all the way from the north valley . I will never come back to your facility and I will let everyone know how you treat your medical patients .

Worst MOST GHETTO Dispo in AZ .... Never ever go here... They are not the real nirvana brand they are just stealing the name for profit..... They put their shop in the ghetto of phoenix to save on rent , but now they are soooooo afraid of getting jacked THAT THEY TREAT PATIENTS LIKE CRIMINALS....they have fake arse top flight Cousin DAE DAE security Who have to metal detect you twice before you can enter.....they OVER- CHARGE on their in house flower Price be $65 an eigth when Potent planet is way way better quality. All the tenders are stoned and stupid they put the wrong items in bags all the time .... Literally every time I have been here security has someone SCREAMING at them heated as flucc , security threatening to call phoenix pd on patients Every single day. We need to stand up to bull chit arse dispos ripping patients off

I continue to be impressed by the outstanding people at The Nirvana Center. I really look forward to my visits because I know I am going to receive a great deal accompanied with fantastic staff. The ladies at reception greet you with a warm smile and the budtenders are very knowledgeable and spend quality time helping you get the perfect product to help you out. Their facility is the cleanest and brightest shop I’ve ever been too. Thank you for the care you’re providing your patients Nirvana! You guys are the best in Arizona!
