What do I think about Nirvana is that I love when you don't have to pay for tax there. Most of their flower are awesome! I'll never stop attending there since I really like some of the worker that helps me out when they already know that I'm deaf. Keep it up!

Nirvana Center is overall just a great place. Everyone is nice, especially Ari who helped me decide on my medicine for today. She was very helpful and listen to all my questions and was very informative about everything that I asked. Even though the store seemed to get a little busy the staff seemed to have everything under control, at least for the most part. I have never had a bad experience at Nirvana and they always help me find the best quality for what I'm looking for no matter my budget. If you haven't been here then you need to come down whenever your on your next medicine run.

after finally getting here i walked in and let the women know i had been trying to call a few times to ask a couple questions , not only did she not answer ny questions they don't even answer the god damn phone.. when i explained i was calling a few times thru out the day she replied "sorry" , didn't even ask if i still had any questions still completely disregarded the fact i was upset that i couldn't get information first time and last time patient visit what a shit service lol ill be sure to let all my med buddies to know as well.

So many dispensaries in Phoenix...yet this one is so bad😂. Staff is unapologetically rude and I wouldn’t spend another penny on their poor quality meds to fund the paychecks of employees who obviously don’t have the customer service skill to be interacting with the public...sad.

This use to be my favorite dispensary. Alot has changed there product of flower is garbage what happened to you guys step it up. Must have new money hungry owners avoid this place. Got seeds in my medicine on my last visit

I was extremely disappointed this Saturday. I was 1st time patient and was excited to get bogo plus they were having a bogo promo which i asumed i would buy 1 get 2 free with 1st time patient and the promo just like I have had at other dispensaries when they had same excact deal with the promo. After I got there early and still waited over 1 hour they didn't honor their 1st patient deal. The young guy that helped was not hearing what I was telling him just blew me off. I will never be back there or refer anyone to this place. I'll tell them to stay clear they don't respect there patients.

so second time trying. I got 7 different strains all of their most expensive and so far way disappointed. No smells of dank or anything reminds me of the dirt weed before mmj.

Hands down the worst dispensary I've ever been to. Waited an hr and 45 mins to be told they're out of weed. They had 3 bud tenders and a 45$ half sale. Get some better management, and a better system. I will never come back, and will tell everyone never to come here. I hope you guys go out of business.

I called this location to see if my points would be transferred from the Glendale location. They told me no. The Glendale location closed with no warning! I would not do business with this dispensary or any of their other locations. You never know when they will shut the doors at the last minute and your points are lost! also the last half ounce I purchased from them was full of stems and mostly Shake. not a place I would recommend doing business with!

I have been going to Nirvana for years now. And I could say their quality is not how it use to be. There needs to be a West side location. We all think getting rid of the Glendale location was a mistake.

I have visited this location regularly for a while starting as a patient. I was taken back by their new no mask policy. I am a high-risk individual with an autoimmune disorder. I rely on this medication for pain relief. I went there and saw the waiting room full of maskless people, some even coughing and sneezing. I don't know how seriously other people take this pandemic and it's none of my business. But this is a deal-breaker. This virus did not just go away overnight. I would steer clear of Nirvana center. They put profit ahead of their loyal patients and rec users. I highly recommend Curaleaf. They still have a mask policy and seem to take all of the necessary precautions even though it might hurt the bank. I am highly disappointed. Its a shame because the staff at this location has always been friendly and the variety and quality of their stock never disappoints. I will miss Nirvana Center.
Very disappointed in the decision to make masks optional.
Twice now, they have put a similar sounding strain by a different brand in my online order so be very careful when reviewing your order during pickup.
Won’t be returning until safety is a priority, but staff literacy is also an ongoing concern.

probably won't be back for the first time going in there I got seedy tree and they said I got a pre roll for spending 20$ well OK you know how long the raw filters they use that's how much joint I had and the paper was all torn I didn't even know what to do with it thanks anyway smh

This company is currently ignoring my pleas for a resolution to a legal matter. I emailed your specified email address, per your request, over a month ago and have not received an inkling of responsibility from any of your employees or management. I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you are overwhelmed with the virus situation, but addressing other customer's needs while you are leaving a legal matter up to dry is not in good business practices. My email is titled "DOCUMENTED RESPONSE." Your reviews seem to be the only way to get in touch with anyone, as your employees in the store either hang up on me, tell me they are too busy, or take my number just to never call me back. I'm getting sick of being swept under the rug like a pile of dust you don't want to address. I will repeat my email to you, as you either ignored it or lost it. Cant believe how unprofessional this business is.

This is a very clean and respectable environment. Their staff are very helpful and to their patients. Also excellent products I highly recommend anything Grow science, echo, clear concentrates good flower as well

Normally have a wonderful time at Nirvana. Alexis is my favorite budtender. But today, the blue haired girl doing pick up was the rudest I've ever encountered. I understand you guys are going rec in a few days but you can be nicer about informing people that your daily deals are no more. She acted like it was a hassle for her to ring up items and check the total for me since it is now different than what im used to. Also did not tell me my correct total. I do not think ill be back to nirvana after today's experience.
I didn’t want to leave a bad review but damn some of these workers are pretty much air heads. I tried to explain to them but he swore he was right. I went in on Sunday and got a timeless cart, since I only bought one I thought I would get 20% off.... the guy told me that the timeless carts are already discounted but doesn’t make sense when one for $42 is not a discount at all. Those are the normal prices... he said I can’t get 20% off because it would’ve been a double discount but it wasn’t ? What can I say, some ppl are airheads and don’t get it.
