probably won't be back for the first time going in there I got seedy tree and they said I got a pre roll for spending 20$ well OK you know how long the raw filters they use that's how much joint I had and the paper was all torn I didn't even know what to do with it thanks anyway smh

Absolutely horrible location!!! I have called all three times I've gone in to make sure they have my cartridge in stock. Every time they say yes then when I get there they don't have them. They lie just to get you in the door!! I will never be back to this location

The wait time was pretty extensive, as for flower same strains I can get anywhere, far too pricey, won't be back :-(

Using my wife's Leafly .very unhappy with the timeless vapes they used to be filled to the brim with no bubbles now it's missing a whole bunch of product when I was paying 45 it was filled all the way now that I'm paying 38 it's missing a whole bunch of product I don't know who's responsible for this but when I get a gram I don't get 3/4 of it when I order an eighth I don't get three grams I get my full 8 .... I want a full amount that I pay for I'm going to do an experiment I'm going to weigh just the liquid and see if it weighs 500mg other than that the place is great my #1 I don't go anywhere else

This company is currently ignoring my pleas for a resolution to a legal matter. I emailed your specified email address, per your request, over a month ago and have not received an inkling of responsibility from any of your employees or management. I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you are overwhelmed with the virus situation, but addressing other customer's needs while you are leaving a legal matter up to dry is not in good business practices. My email is titled "DOCUMENTED RESPONSE." Your reviews seem to be the only way to get in touch with anyone, as your employees in the store either hang up on me, tell me they are too busy, or take my number just to never call me back. I'm getting sick of being swept under the rug like a pile of dust you don't want to address. I will repeat my email to you, as you either ignored it or lost it. Cant believe how unprofessional this business is.

Awful. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I just bought some of their $20 eighths and it was the driest weed I have ever seen and more stems than flower. This is the worst flower I have ever bought from a dispensary. I understand it’s the cheap stuff but it’s so bad I can’t even smoke it. Every time I come here the staff is unfriendly and unprofessional and have no knowledge of their product. This is a wholesale weed dispensary where they put zero love or care into their product. I will never come back to this place.
Weak ass service ! They never answer the phone ! And they never upload the products online right.. I would not recommend!

This is a review of my second and third visits. My bud tender was Mimi. I’m a veteran, and Mimi made me feel appreciated and respected. I don’t go looking for that and normally avoid any attention to my service, but Mimi was so genuinely sincere that I took note of her talent to connect with people. Bravo Zulu, Mimi.
Two days later, Sarah was my bud tender. And like Amy and Mimi, she connects with people. My job requires me to talk to people from all walks of life about the most intimate details of their lives. I find it easy to make connections with people, so I notice when others can do the same. Other than the time I spent with Sarah, the thing of note on my third visit was free parking lot tacos! I only took a bottle of water and appreciated that, but it’s cool that Nirvana had a treat for patients and gave a local vendor space to create and prosper.
The short review is: whoever does the hiring at The Nirvana Center, they’re doing an outstanding job! To appease the gods of negativity, I’ll kindly ask the facility manager to clean the lobby couches. They’re nasty.
Staff on phone is rude. Had a guy hang up on me for asking to speak to a manager, because he hung on me. Rude, and advertising specials online and the phone, that are not valid. Since I never got to speak to a manager, I will be going higher up to complain.
Normally have a wonderful time at Nirvana. Alexis is my favorite budtender. But today, the blue haired girl doing pick up was the rudest I've ever encountered. I understand you guys are going rec in a few days but you can be nicer about informing people that your daily deals are no more. She acted like it was a hassle for her to ring up items and check the total for me since it is now different than what im used to. Also did not tell me my correct total. I do not think ill be back to nirvana after today's experience.

This store has a great selection, but terrible service. To Go orders are discounted but are never ready when they say they will be. I've placed three to go orders, and each time I've waited longer than patients in the lobby that check in. Express orders take longer than regular orders and the staff just shrugs their shoulders when you call them on it

The very worse dispensary I have ever been,False info about pricing and discount , continue to always have issues with pre orders and never satisfied with out come... never will tell anyone or recommend them to the nirvana center!!!

This place is terrible. The medicine they delivered was super dry so after calling the number and it being busy over and over I finally spoke to the manager Parker who basically said he was the only person I was able to speak to and if I didn't like their product I didn't have to come back... After a delivery fee and a tip � I will never use Nirvana or Supurb again.

I was a really redular patron of this dispensary until today, now I don't think I'll be back. They had Charlie sheen distillate listed for 35 a gram since at least yesterday when I looked. I called ahead to place a pickup order and verify that it was in fact 35 a gram. The employee said it might marked wrong on leafly BUT they would honor the 35 price. So I ordered 4 and some edibles. I arrived from across town 30 min later to find they were in fact not honoring the price and I was told the manager corrected the website and it was now 45 a gram. No thanks on the bait and switch. I called, I verified, I double checked. No more of my hard earned money if this is how you treat patients.

Horrible service. I waited for over 2 hours in the parking lot for my order and lost my first patient paper, they helped people who got here clearly WAY after me and helped them with getting them their product.

First time medical patient at this establishment and my last. They did not disclose that the flower they were selling was “smalls“. That would’ve been helpful for my pre-order.
I walked in to not be acknowledged by anyone. When I walked up to ask for help, I felt like I was bothering or interrupting some thing and was rudely told to wait in the lobby. Not one smile from any employees. Bad vibes! After waiting 10 minutes, I was called to pick up my order, but they left a cheap sticker on my ID that I had to sit and scratch off then come home and rub some alcohol on to remove the remaining adhesive. I would not recommend a professional person going to this dispensary. Everyone looked way too stoned to function and yes I mean the employees! In order to break the stigma of cannabis, we need to stop allowing shit like this to happen and get it together. I recommend that this company sends its employees to a few real dispensaries around town to see how things are better ran! Curaleaf, the flower shop or even Harvest gives better service and know how to sell bud AND BE PROFESSIONAL! Customer service is a must and this place seriously lacks it.
