The front desk was very informative and patient with the BOGO deals and the Grease Monkey strain. Awesome customer service, man!

So, I placed an order online and picked it up. I got home and my order was wrong, I was supposed to be getting 2 of the same eighths that were 22% thc. I got one eighth that I ordered and another one that was 17% thc. So I go back to the dispo and they pointed to a sign and say that they don't do refunds or exchanges on flower. They said they would talk to the employee but couldn't exchange my order that was wrong by no fault of mine. I won't go back to any of these locations.

People are friendly, product is good. However; when I placed my order online yesterday, when I got there after waiting, was told they didn't have what I ordered. Was put in the que to wai. Ended up spending another 30 minutes selecting other products. Was very disappointed online order took more time, instead of saving time.

It was my first time visiting Nirvana and Clair D. was a huge help.! The lounge is welcoming and has a lax vibe. Product quality, it's great and at a reasonable price point.
