best dispensary I've ever been to.

Very knowledgeable people. Good space nice variety. Also have exceptional edibles. Hardly ever a wait. They weigh it right in front of you. All things I consider great! This is my go to place for medical marijuana.

GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!! Finally had a chance to make the drive up to Yavapai this weekend. And I am so glad I did!! I had heard many great things about the herb and i was not lead astray. We were happily greeted and quickly made our way into the large perfectly setup bud room. Unlike many of the dispensaries I have visited in PHX, at YHS the bags are NOT preweighed! The bud room has large jars with the meds you will receive so you can see that you are getting nice chunky nugs not lil popcorn that was bagged up a week (or more???) ago. Robert the budtender and Efrain the owner (i believe?) took great care of us and let us look at EVERYTHING they had in stock and talked to us in DETAIL about each strain, even giving insight into the growing of the plants, and of course genetic lineage of the strains. And also unlike some of my experiences closer to home Robert and Efrain actually know what they are talking about...shocking!! After looking everything over the tough part was narrowing down the selection and figuring out exactly what would could go home with. Not disappointed with our choices (master kush and Space Queen..some amazingly caked up Space Queen)!!! The only thing i would like to see change at YHS would be the pricing. The pricing is pretty much on par with the pricing i see at most of the other dispensaries.....and in fact the meds i saw we easily better than most of the meds i see at other locations.....but still the pricing could be better IMO, and i believe in time it will probably settle in nicely. I will be back....the meds are too good to pass on, and the great guys there are worth a visit too :) Thanks again for the hospitality guys... J.

normally I have a great experience in here. unfortunately that was not the case today. I called in for a pickup order, and was told it was ready so I came to get it. instead of calling me back in a hurry as they usually do, they had about 8 other people go in front of me, 2 of which were pickups (she clearly they knew how to handle pickups, just not mine.) I waited for 20-30 min on a PICKUP, PREorder. the lady who failed to recognise my pickup order was the employee of the month. kind of a low bar. pretty disappointed.

Now that I have tried all the dispensaries in the area I can say that hands down you folks are the best! I am a picky patient and I do not have anything bad to say about you, in fact I think I love the entire staff. See you soon ;)

I had Marco for my first visit this past Monday. He was very friendly and informative

The selection of meds was great! Way more strains than most places I have been to in AZ. Staff was really nice and helped guide me in the right direction. Very happy with the experience overall!

I had problems with a product and management was very helpful.

Love this place. BUT would appreciate a better selection of flower. The product stays the same, and not much to choose from. The people are the best in the valley! We love you guys.

Spent $205 on flowers and pucks. I get home, open the stapled paper bag to find one item missing. 2 grams of $16 flower is missing. It is on the receipt. I called store, unhelpful person on other side of the phone said will look into it and call me back. No call back. Watch your budtender put your paid for items in the bag. Or better yet, go elsewhere.

The staff are always so knowledgable and helpful. Love the great selection.
