I love going in and working with Whitney. She knows what I likes and gives the best suggestions. One time the system was running slow and I didn’t even notice because she’s always pleasant to talk to. Keep up the good work!
Nirvana has become my favorite dispo over the past few months. Best deals around, I haven’t been to Sol or Mint in months now. Definitely check them out! Dope staff too, very friendly and organized.

Online pickup window outside takes so long, and it's so hot outside despite the misters. The worker will ask for your ID, leave for 2 minutes to get the order, confirm the order with you, leave for 2 more minutes to get the total, you pay them, then it takes another 2 minutes for them to bag it up & give you your change. This whole process should take 3 minutes total, not 6+. Assuming theres a line of three people ahead of you, thats almost 15 minutes of unnecessary standing outside.
I do not find the online ordering to be reliable at all. Once again, placed an order that was confirmed and ready but they did not have the product when I arrived. Apologies only...they would not even let me pick another product because I was in the online area. I wish I could get back the time and gas to have gone somewhere else. Apparently I'm not the only one to experience issues according to others in line as well.
I really enjoy just walking up and picking up my order at the window. Makes it easier for me not to impulse buy. The bud tenders are always nice and know what I want. I did take a year away because it seemed everyone didn't know what was going on. Great atmosphere now, I really enjoy going there.
