I've had a great experiences over the last 2 weeks shopping here. I had the same guy three times in a row. I have no idea what his name is but he looks like a Benny so I'm going to call hin Benny. I went in today and have a hilarious guy who I shall know call Smooth Operator as I'm pretty sure he stole the guy in front of me's girlfriend. I've only had one strain that I didn't care for that was the white 99 everything else has been totally worth getting the tax on...

I love going to pick up my products never been disappointed yet. Always have a great time at the window when I pickup which is what I do all the time !!!! I go every week most of the twice a week.

They have a great selection and excellent customer service. All of the budtenders I’ve worked with were very nice. This place is clean, very organized, and I appreciate the VIP treatment of the medical patients. The pick up window for Leafly orders was so convenient!

I love the daily discounts. The staff is so knowledgeable and happy to help you. I've gone to several different dispensaries and I have to say love NEA. This is, by far, my favorite dispensary.

I had a question about a promo and used the site's chat feature. Richard responded so quickly that I thought he was a bot but his answer was personalized, laid back, and on-point. A single reply answered my question so off I go to pick up some product. This will be my third time and the ordering and pick up process is so easy and convenient and I'm very please with the products and people there.

I was served by Heidi at Northeast Alternatives who made some fantastic suggestions. I have pain in my feet and can't believe how well the edibles work for me so I can sleep at night. I gave up ibuprofen and took up taking gummies. She gave me paperwork on getting my medical card - I will be doing this on Monday. Thank you Heidi for taking time out to help me.

Great first time visit to a “pot shop.” Every staff member was genuinely friendly. My bud-tender was courteous and knowledgeable; he recommended a specific product based on my needs and I am very happy with it so far! The only negative for me was how quick the experience was. It felt rushed. Everything was very well organized and they are very talented with their operations but I kind of wish I had more time to “poke around.” Overall I am very happy with my visit and am looking forward to trying more products!
