I am so glad i found a shop that makes me feel comfortable!! From the employees to the art on the wall it is relaxed and peaceful. Yet upbeat and fun at the same time. Everybody is very knowledgeable and nice. Price are great and the choices are even better. If their is a flower i would recommend it would be the silver mountain.

Everyone is is so friendly and helpful! Zack was so knowledgeable and really discussed with me my options and helped me to pick out just what I needed! I love being able to have a dispensary in my hometown that I trust. Thank you!!

Although I stopped by a few months ago for the first time, it was a quick in and out. My second visit was on Christmas Eve. I specifically wanted something that would help me with pain and insomnia and make the holidays a little more enjoyable. Hence, I met Cheyenne. What a super nice staff member and I was met with a smile and she used my first name to greet me. Immediately relaxed, I told her what I was looking for. The one on one attention I received was the best in all my visits to dispensaries. Not only did Cheyenne know her product line, she knew what each product/strain had to offer and how it would help me. I was extremely impressed.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Northern Roots is definitely the best dispensary I've been to so far.

I’ve never met such a great bunch. I have grown to love the staff here. They really care about their clients and give good guidance on how to administer medication. I’m going to miss this store once we move.

Great place!

They had their daily deals they send out via text. One of those deals was 3 cartridges for $110.00. NO WHERE DID IT STATE A LIMIT!!! But when I ordered on my way to their establishment which is an hour away, they put a limit on me?! If theres going to be a limit then they need to state that! Or sell it how its listed in the daily deal text messages. Charge me the daily deal for half my order and then try to charge me full price for the rest. I don't think so.

Very nice layout, wide variety of products, knowledgeable bud tenders, thanks to Casey my first visit was a huge success. Will be sure to stop back in next time I’m in the area.

Cheyenne was smiley,happy and very polite Zack was willing to wait 20 extra minutes for me to arrive due to the fact I live in Atlanta mi and got lost Coming.

Went here for the 2nd time earlier. One of the best establishments I've been too. The tender (zach) was very helpful an informative. Tolerated my annoying questions very kindly lol he made suggestions for things for me to try (which I did) an they were all great suggestions. 5/5 I will be goin back here everytime im in the area amazing staff an inventory. and a very comfortable environment. highly recommend!!!!!

Staff is very welcoming. Zach was our tender; he knows a lot regarding their products and took the time to share this knowledge and help us find the right products for us. Great prices. Nice variety. Id definitely return.

These people have zero people skills. I took my elderly mother in today for her meds and the budtender was very unprofessional. Acted like she didn't care. My mother wanted to get information about the strains they had, and the girl wouldn't even make eye contact with her or acknowledge her needs. She just pushed their special for the day (which looked like garbage BTW) and we left. Went to High Level Health where we frequent often and was treated like family and got better product for a better price. Stay away from Northern Roots. These people have zero compassion for seniors that need help.
