The weed I purchased from them did not get me high, no effects at all. I saw there’s another reviewer who said the same thing. Strongly urge you to purchase your marijuana somewhere else

Nova is shutting shit down in the Mesa area! (Figuratively speaking) best buds, concentrates and prices you can find. First time I came in Connor was helpful and very informative. The second and third time I was helped by a lovely lady Jenn. She is knowledgeable and accurate about the flower and concentrates she recommended to me. (All star cherry, Sfv, mojito) With all that being said fire flower, great staff, and beautiful smiles!

So I came to get me some weed from this location today and I held the door open for some ladies that were my elders, and NOVA gave me a free pre-roll and a free gram just for my chivery!!! I LOVE THIS FREAKIN PLACE! I was just being me!

The worst one and most inconvenient cycle through. I had to show my medical card ar least 4 times before my final puchase. I need to see package info for allergies, but you cant see or touch or hold anything. You must order online then wait to be called at pick up. If you change your mind, they have to call it up to the front. you need to know exactly what you want. but with little discriptions on line, its hard to know what they might have to buy, cause there is no accurate menu and its not visable. They do seem to carry a lot of tipsy turtle items.

Best dispensary in AZ hands down..great flower, lowest prices on everything..and the staff is like family...great vibes...highly recommend..

This place has the highest quality flower I have found throughout the east valley! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and I always have a positive experience. Very short waits and great deals on flower Monday and Fridays! Check them out!

First time here and they act like I should know the protocols. Nowhere on the site does it say I have to do an online or phone order only and the staff acts like it’s my fault I didn’t know this. The staff coulda been kinder or nicer about it

I believe these flower reviews are people trying to give this place a bad name. I have tried a hand full of other places and Nova continues to provide the best flower I can find within 25 miles of my house. I also think some people dont know what they are looking for so they think everything is bad. Ive smoked flower for about 20 years now and I know who has the best flower.. Nova!

This dispensary had a 23% "Special" going on. They sold me a bag of stems. I have the photo as proof. The weed was absolutely awful and the worst I've ever seen in my life.

Great deals on friday, you would think by now they would mabey have another budtender, no matter what time you come in, plan on waiting.

Flower is good but service and atmosphere not the best.

Well, for starters this place leaves a bad taste in my mouth. too expensive, for things you could get at other dispensaries, the shatter is WAY overpriced (as is everything there). and quality is awful, couldn't even pull it off the paper. If you guys want to make it, be more affordable as neighboring dispensaries.

Been coming here for years, they recently raised the prices of many of their eighths to 45/55 bucks. They had been around 30 bucks at first, then 35 and now jumping up to 55 bucks for something id pay 35 bucks for 2 weeks ago is ridiculous. Even though i have been a long time customer and they treat me well I cant abide this kind of price gouging, its not right especially when this is medicine for people. If the grow company is fucking you around dont work with them you owe it to your customers to keep prices relatively reasonable. I wont be coming back here at all until they fix their prices. Its not worth 55 bucks an eighth Ill tell you that much right now.

flower is decent, but they raised prices. no walk ins so you can't see and choose product. have to order online, if you try to switch strains they get very annoyed and still can only switch without seeing any others. really stupid store layout and routines. just bought 7grams and had to trim over 2 grams of stems and leaves. I cant see any reason they would accept this untrimmed product from grower other than the profit margin.

An older friend was having severe pain in his back. He called to ask if I knew what he could do (he’s not a cannabis user, so I knew he was hurting BAD!) I quickly contacted NOVA to get some MUV transdermal patches, which my wife & I delivered to him. I know he will get relief ( I also took flower, a pipe, salve, and some edibles ).
