If you guys havent checked out NOVA you're sleeping on them. Seriously. All their buds are tasty amd smell very good. The Grandmaster Chem, Lemon OG, Loctite and Caramel Ice are all fire. They carry my favourite cartridges (TIMELESS) and are never busy which makes it awesome!! You are in and out with your goodies. Last time I went they ran out of the 50 MG Lemon Cake that was free with $50 purchase so they gave me a Newtons Soda. These guys are doing everything right. If i could give more stars I would.

I just left this place after my first visit and I dont think Ill ever need to go to another shop again. Aside from having the lowest prices I have yet to see in the area for my 3 favorite cartridge brands, the menu is kept up to date and the budtenders were both very friendly and knowedgeable. They were down to the last cartridge of the strain I came in for, and they were nice enough to give me the display cartridge! I was even lucky enough to run into the owners and hear them talk about how committed they are to their patients. I honestly couldnt have had a better dispensary experience, and I haven't yet. Longtime customer earned.

Novo is one of my favorite new dispos that opened up from there knowledge of products to there super friendly budtender this is my go to

I just have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised at the diversity in age of dispensary agents here. It's refreshing to see both younger, and older faces behind the counter. So far, I've tried 3 strains from this dispensary, and so far I am happy with each one. The chem5 is my favorite so far. I stopped by today for the $6 early bird special. I'm pretty confident this flower will work as good as it looks... also, loving the True Berry from Canamo 👍🏽

the lemon head og is a great choice any first-time patient. the ambience reminds me of a high-end Boutique. specializing in nothing but the best flowers.

All the budtenders are awesome and I've always had a great experience at Nova, But today was a major exception. Budtender Ricky, who apparently is also a manager, could not have been more useless. On top of his rude demeanor, I've never experienced such a lack of effort or service in the 4 plus years I've been a cardholder. These kind of actions contribute to the unfair stereotype of mmj patients and it is frankly unacceptable. At the end of the day this is an industry that depends on on customer satisfaction, and if were not satisfied it's very easy to just go to another dispensary...

The flower was so bad I couldn't even finish it! It was the worst thing I have ever smoked in my life! I was truly disappointed!

I’m not a fan. I had a bad customer service experience and they never made it right even after I explained my issue to a manager. I went in that store pretty much everyday and spent money there regularly so I really thought they could do better than that. I know they could have done better but one of the managers is very touchy and gets attitude right away so he’s really not able to provide good customer service... just know that if you end up having any problem with your order or service they won’t even try to make it right...so don’t expect anything...even if you were an everyday customer.

FTP on Sunday. Trying the cbd/thc balm, Zkittlez & Sublime caramel chew. Budtenders were helpful & seemed sincere. Pricing very straightforward with appropriate price breaks AND not limited to certain days for for the prices. I will be returning.

One of the smaller locations we've visited... greated by a friendly receptionist, with a simple FTP form was nice. Entering the room of medication, we found ourselves to be slightly dissapointed with only 2 terminals. The medical staff is friendly, seemingly resting in a lack of knowledge of cannabis medical practice. With a sense of urgency after making our purchases we felt the want to leave; it seemed almost as if we were an inconvenience AS PATIENTS. The flower scaling was slightly off, with the packaging notating a gram at 1.00 scaled personally to be 00.98 of accurate weight. The edible selection is nicer than many dispensaries, whereas the flower lacking potency & availability. The Good medication is close, not at this location unless you are looking for edibles! We would like to see more CBD and ANY R.S.O. product would benefit this location greatly. Also, holding rosin on shelf regularly will set this dispensary apart from many. Our full advice to this dispensary is to increase availability and medical cannabis use education within the staff. Not a bad stop, not great either. Thank you for the medication, and opportunity to test things out with the underscaled FTP deal. We would like to see improvement in quality (knowledge & product), and less law enforcement in the parking lot would be greatly appreciated. Nova has great potential.

First dispensary that I know that has a smoke shop right next to it and if you have the munchies Whataburger is right next door.Great location with quality product

My buddy and I have spent a lot of money here. With most of our Paychecks went straight to this place, and spending more money on our 15 min breaks at work. I don’t know what’s going on with their cartridges but they suck. You have to check each one. I spent almost $50 on a kind nectar GDP and it was half full .. I took it right back with the receipt and they refused to help me. That’s bullshit. A week before this I had a timeless battery stop working. They don’t give a shit. Fake smiles so they can get that money. Me and my buddy will never be back.
