nuEra Urbana (Medical)

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are always very nice and understanding. They never get tired of me no matter how often I go in. HAHA. It can be overwhelming at times from how much selection there is and they are VERY knowledgeable about it all and they never make you feel stupid or uncomfortable. It is the only dispensary I’ve been in, but it is definitely my favorite. :)

Upon entering the building, you are always greeted in the most genuinely caring way. Staff is more than helpful. They’re knowledgeable and have experience with almost every product and are able to point you in the right direction for any of your medical needs. This is a for-patients, by-patients kind of shop and it really shows. Have not been disappointed with a single purchase. Great selection at great prices. Cheers

Staff make this place great. They game me information to help me get my state card. Then on my first visit helped me out with some great guidance and suggestions. This was my first dispensary visit outside of Denver and I was floored with how awesome and helpful these folks are. I'm a 62 year old veteran. They give veteran discounts and they even include experience of other veterans in the suggestions they make. NuMed Urbana rocks!

Only open 12pm-5pm???????? Are they trying to keep the lines super long?

Awesome place and employees

As a new medical patient the NuEra staff were great, especially Ali helping with my application and big shout out to Brendan for his patience with me as he helped me figure out my product needs. This place is the happiest, kindest, coolest place and I recommend it "highly"

It is new to Champaign -Urbana so the personal touch is evident. Was at other one in the area since I got my card fall 16. I changed dispencaries primarily for a more varied product selection, and especially the prices. I am saving money,and for me the location is easier to get to. I usually do more pre loaded oil pens more than flower ,and they always have a lot to choose from. I am a huge Nature's Grace fan and they always have it in stock. For flower I ama just being introduced to Ace Revolution products and I am impressed for sure. So far staff have been great cordial and I don't feel so rushed in and out. Though I will miss some aspects of other place because they started me off ,and I still feel a twinge of disloyalty.

I'm glad to find this location. NuEra is my favorite stop...its a half hour further but the selection, staff, and taxes included in pricing makes it worth the small drive. These guys are on top of the game IMO, this is my new go to! I really like that they give priority to the Med folks (I'm rec). Being able to preorder the night before is slick, and my order was ready when I showed up at opening.

I made NuEra my dispensary after a year over in Springfield, and I've got to tell ya, nuera walks all over both medical dispos in springfield. i've only made one purchase so far in Urbana, and I've gotta say I'm pretty happy. the products I purchased were on point with what I'm looking for. the staff was really patient with me while I sorted thru the massive inventory. prices are about as good as they can get for this state. I'm used to only 100 products at one time. nuera has over 450 to choose from as of this review. I'll continue to go there until they give me a reason not to.

Staff is nice but the company doesn't stand behind their products or service. Sold me $100 worth of product that expired the next month without telling me and refused to return/refund/exchange. Save your money

The best very fast service and great items even with low stock

Recently their business practices are suspect. I’ve drove over 2 hours after placing an online order, getting a text said that said orders were ready and every time I had atleast 1 item missing from my order and an entire order was gone. Employees keep for themselves or sell out from under you. Curbside pickup will rip you off, online ordering is useless as they will keep whatever they want out of your order as they see fit. Customer service is non existent, the quality product they have is substandard... DO NOT waste your time, effort or money, you will get screwed one way or another. It just keeps getting worse. I won’t be back. Too many dispensaries out there!!
