OG Collective - Cross St.

I've been to all of the OGs in Salem and this is my favorite by far. I love that they have ranges of pricing so everyone can find something dank. They always have new oil and edibles and goodies. Plus whatever is on sale for 15.60 an 1/8th is almost always a great option, and st the price who can complain! I also love how friendly and receptive the staff is here, especially Erik. The more times I come in the more things I find that I love about this place. Would hands down always recommend a stop at OG to anyone, even just to look around!!

I've been on here before to commend OG on their quality, prices, and staff, and all of the above are still great. This however is to compliment them on customer service specifically. I had a recent issue with a purchase and went back to notify them. Not to complain (as my experience there overall has always been outstanding) but just to inform them of a possible slip in quality control. They were gracious enough to not only offer, but actually insist on doing something to make up for my inconvenience. And it bear's noting that I was not treated as an inconvenience to them but was instead thanked repeatedly for bringing the issue to their attention so that I could be corrected. This was at the Cross St. location but it's been my experience that all of the OG stores are staffed with the best trained, knowledgeable, and courteous individuals one could ever hope for. It should also be noted that OG has recently changed their pricing methods and my Veteran's discount is now much more applicable. The new pricing benefits non-Veterans too.

Didn't know these guys had another shop. Kind of tucked away, but decent parking so that's cool. Came in for their special, was told to buy something else. Ummm okay..can I just have the special? Another customer came in, and since I wasn't buying more, they left me alone. Thanks. Not a great first experience.

When it comes to quality and price OG collective is unbeatable. I can often find $30 quarters with THC over 15% (I've even seen high CBD strains on super sale as well) The cross street location adds one more thing for me that the other OG's lack though. and that is the ability to look at and smell every strain in the store without needing the assistance of a budtender. I feel that by doing this it helps prevent lines for the customer who comes in knowing what they want while allowing a new customer to look at everything before making a decision without feeling rushed. I moved to Salem a few months ago and it only took me 2 weeks to realize this was the dispensary I would be going to more than any others.

awesome spot, top strains, best prices. New York hooked me up with a $15 8th of some well grown bubba kush on my second visit, first time in I tried the animal cookies. both would have easily been 45-50+ anywhere else. nice selection of glass as well.

This is my absolute favorite locations of OG Collective. I have not always had the best experience at their other stores, but I always have a warm and welcoming visit when I shop here. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, their setup is inviting, and their inventory is prime! I love the interactive nug jars on display with vents for smelling the flower and a magnifier to inspect all the beauty within. Their specials can't be beat. I will continue to frequent this store, and recommend it to all of my friends!

biggest dab selection

This was an amazing shopping experience. George was the bud tender that went the extra mile for me. I was a few dollars short getting a distallite cartridge and he gave me a discount and it was amazing! They really try and make sure your taken care of here. Amazing customer service, and I was also amazed at how great the prices were, very affordable. They also carry quite an amazing amount of product, and they have everything you can want at a cannabis store, this is Salem's best store no doubt!

Eric, Clyde, and shawn are my three favorite bud tenders in Oregon and highly recommend this dispensary to anyone wanting good concentrates and bud!

Definitely the best storefront of any Salem dispensary - all their strains are out on show for peeping and sniffing, a very helpful tool in your decision making. The staff are very friendly but also let you do your thing and shop around. Bought some really nice looking/smelling stuff - unfortunately when I got home and went to smoke it, I found a decent number of seeds all throughout the eighth I purchased. This was a bummer, but an otherwise fire purchase aside from needing to get the tweezers out.

This has got to be one of the best locations in town for quality bud at super low prices. You will always be served by friendly and knowledgeable staff with a smile.

Got some good THC Tincture. VERY friendly people there. Felt at home. Good prices. Definitely will go back when I need more.

Great place to go! Huge selection to chose from, along with good prices. Whether you are looking for flower, concentrate, edibles, pre-rolls, etc. this is THE PLACE to go. Highly recommend stopping in!

This shop is much bigger than the other OG shops. Crazy big selection and they have joints for days! The budtender that helped me was very informative and knew exactly what strain I was looking for! Good job OG.

Used to be super into this dispensary but their quality has gone down hill. The quality flower cost is too high now. Oh well, time to find a new shop. 🤢

I come here all the time, and i don't know why it took 15 min to get help... when there was 1 other customer. with 2 employees... I litterally had enough time to write this review... awesome product and price, but terrible service. I like commercial better. better service. better people. Probably won't come here again and drive a lil more to commercial where they take care of customers better for some weird reason...

I like how open it is. You could fit a lot of people in here. Eric and Anton were awesome and very informative. Transparency is key to this product... I want to know exactly where my products come from and are made of, and they made it easy to know.

I like a potent product that won't break the bank, OG at Cross St is the place to get it

This location has plenty of open space, vibrant green walls, and frosted southern facing windows that lend a bright & airy feel. It's in the building adjacent to Yoga Escape, so you can keep the zen flowing. ;) Sophie, Ashley, and New York were friendly and helpful. Sophie welcomed me and showed me around since it was my first visit. They have a lot of good specials (two daily flower specials, a holiday weekend special, and some grand opening special I think) and their prices seemed reasonable to me. There are special, secure display cases of flower where customers can freely smell, look (built in magnifying glass) at the flower closeup, and learn about its properties (their color coding matches Leafly breakout of sativa/hybrid/indica). I haven't used all the products I purchased but so far, so good.

Been to every og location and this one is by far the largest. The staff is great. You can smell and peek at all buds before purchase without having to wait in line or asking for assistance. Great buds. The og kush rosin is some potent dab.

Great customer service! Never walk out the door disappointed. Great products tons of choices for flower and oil.
