Patriot Care - Greenfield (Medical)

They were my first dispensary experience during the fledgling days of legality when I was working in the area - They've had their act together from day 1.

I got terrible customer service here today. I’ve been a medical customer of Patriot Care Greenfield since it opened. As a veteran with somewhat limited resources, I use the veterans discount they offer on the 11th each month. This month I purchased a vape cartridge that I use for sleep. Within a few days there was a mechanical failure at the end that connects to the battery. I took the cartridge and the broken piece to the dispensary today. The receptionist directed me to a manager. I explained what happened and the manager asked me if I had saved the packaging. I said no but I told him if he looked into the computer system it would show that I bought it last week. He said that since all cartridges looked the same, he needed the packaging to know that I bought it there. So at this point, he’s calling me a liar and I’m a bit shocked. I asked, “so you're calling me a liar?” and he said no but he doesn’t believe that I bought it there. I started to lose my cool and just decided leaving was the best option. To my fellow veterans, Patriot Care is just a name. When given the chance to do the right thing, they called me a liar. Spend your money elsewhere - I know I will.

This is my main medical spot I go to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have good deals on good products. I do wish there was a bit more heavier things, such as moon rocks or concentrate mixes, infused prerolls, and high strength drinks, but I'll take what I can get, and not have to go across the state to get it. Highly Recommend. Also, they helped me get sorted with med, and they can help you too!

This is by far my favorite place to get my flowers, pre-rolls and any info on products. From the guys who ask for ID to Renee who takes your info before you go in, to the staff who help you with your order. Kimmy, one of the young Ladies there very knowledgeable in the products being sold. She's just one of all the staff that are very helpful. That's what keeps me going back to them, and there's never any pressure to hurry very comfortable, sit back and look at there menu of products. Thanks everyone for making it a comfortable atmosphere. 😎👏
