I agree with some of the comments. Medical patients use to be able to go right in. Not anymore. You stand in a long line with the recreational customers. Their line moves a lot faster for sure. They have more workers on the recreational side. Love the product and the staff but service has gone down hill. It’s not well organized anymore. It makes no sense to preorder and to still wait in the same line as everyone else. Please make a separate line for preorders and mark it as such.

All these reviews really do speak volumes. Not only were these changes made with ZERO heads up from the company; they even changed the name of the dispensary without letting their patients know. These other reviews are right on the money: all the reasons to bring patients in the door are now gone. No more prize wheel, no more money off for a review, and VERY inconsistent pricing and quality. I have also noticed a big difference in their staff as of late. These few perks that Patriot Care offered was enough to get me in the door at least once a month. Now, I have no reason to set foot inside their again since they don’t give recertification vouchers either. I feel like this will be the general consensus for the foreseeable future until Patriot Care or whatever they call themselves now starts to get back to what made them a good dispensary in the first place. Until changes are made; I will not be back. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

It's all about location. Only place close to me, so it keeps me coming back. Flower is hit or miss. Good weed, and bad weed. Never top shelf buds! Grabbed a quarter of grease monkey, was terrible! Small undergrowth nugs, not cured or trim correctly. Full of seeds! Shatter is good, and seems to be getting better. A little costly for shatter compared to others. To many quarter restrictions, daily shatter limits, and a unpredictable menu. Pick a second and third option when going.Friendly staff, good location. A nice place, that could be so much better if they tightened up thier game.

Ever since they went recreational they have had issues with stock for their medical side. The leafly menu has been blank for over a week and they never have the same strains for prerolls. Stinks to find a strain that works and it never shows back again. Staff is ok. Some great ones others very short. No one listens to the patients feedback. I feel they no longer cater to medical and only cater to recreational

This is a great place to get (recreationally) ripped off. Want to see why this location will never make a dent in the black market? Stop by. I guarantee they won't have anything when you get there, and if they do, it'll be 4x+ street price. These guys need some competition to show them how a business works, badly. As it stands, the people running this place shouldn't be allowed to run a lemonade stand.

Also, it is evident that the staff at Patriot Care have created dozens of fake 5-star reviews to boost their rating while deleting reviews that portray the issues going on at this dispensary concerning patient product access

Phone services are horrible long lines no one picks up the phone in organized

It's a very pleasant and efficient operation. When I've encountered long lines, it always takes far less time than I expect, with the average being 10-15 minutes. The quality of the products is quite good. And they have a reasonable variety of strains. I do wish they had more products more consistently. Concentrates and tinctures tend to go very quickly and not return for a long time, for example. It can also be frustrating when the Boston location has things that the Lowell location doesn't. For example, Boston consistently has Sativa Blend Vape Oil, but Lowell very rarely has it. But these are relatively minor nits to pick. My only real complaint is that Patriot is currently lobbying to keep a restriction on people with a felony drug convictions from working in the industry. Since we all broke the law for a long time before we legalized medical marijuana, and such restrictions disproportionately affect minorities, I feel this is a poor choice. So while I will continue to shop here, I no longer shop here exclusively. I hope they will change their political stance to one that is more inclusive so I can shop here exclusively again.

The Staff are Very Friendly

Tried both phenotypes of the Cookies and Cream #2 and Cookies and Cream #11 . Both amazing . I personally noticed #2 leaned more towards sativa and #11 leaned more towards indica. Both with great effects. If you are looking to relieve your anxiety and depression. I highly suggest you visit Patriot Care Lowell,MA and try the Cookies and Cream .

Great product, great people :) I loved the grape gummies and the French Toast was out of this world!!

They recently opened to the adult public and medical patients still get VIP service. Very organized, knowable, and professional when it comes to handling both recreational and medical.

Staff was great, very nice clean facility. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.

I really appreciate and thank everyone at Patriot Care for everything they've done for me. I am taken care of each time I am there. The quality of the medicine is only getting better and better. I don't know what I would do without Patriot Care Lowell. I am doing better and very thankful for it.

This was my first time visiting and the staff was really helpful. They will be my primary location for making purchases. Staff was great!

I didn't like that they changed their offers to fit their pockets rather than to aid patients ...aregular offer was taken off the counter due to product being low ...why should I be penalized for that? Otherwise I love the people and atmosphere

Waited in line recieved the list of items, most of which had ran out, at the END OF THE LINE so it stayed committed to stopping in and trying there product. Hardly an atmosphere to go about no products on disable, felt like I was in a government building or the RMV. On top of the bad news that most the stock was empty prices for adult use is through the roof, 1g of concentrates in a syringe was $120 flat. THE CONCENTRATE CATCHES ON FIRE WHEN IT IS DABBED AS THEY MENTIONED ONE COULD HAVE USED IT FOR. TOO HIGH HEAT CAUSED IT TO IMMEDIATELY CATCH ON FIRE, TASTED LIKE GAS/BUTANE.

I want to start off by saying most if not all of the employee’s here are extremely nice. But I would not recommend this dispensary unless you want to wait for an hour or longer outside while you watch recreational customers sit in their vehicles until it’s they’re time to go inside. Recreational customers are being catered too at this dispensary. Every 3-5 recreational customers 1 medical customer gets brought into the lobby waiting area. Ever since recreational opened up this has became an awful dispensary.

I leave here empty handed all the time. They’re always out of oil and often out of edibles. I pointed out that this happens way too often and the person working the counter said “yeah well you always come on Friday”. So, you see, it’s my fault. They also told me that when recreational arrived that it would be at a different location and that they would stay a medical facility. Lies. They’re combining rec with medical in the same small building that already lacks inventory. Very disappointing. But hey, that’s what I get for trusting Goldman Sachs so, you see, it’s my fault.

Patriot care is a good dispensary in my opinion. I noticed there is a lot of talking in this state about what dispensary is the best and eveyone keeps tell me go to brookline its "the best one" but in my honest opinion there all basically the same. ive been a patient in california and have been to denver multiple time. And I'm sorry to say the flower is dry in ever dispensary i personally have been to. Not that it isnt potent at all. Just dry and burns extremely fast. I do know what extremely potent marijuana looks and feels like when you break it up. And if it is extremely potent. it is sopposed to be extremely sticky. or dank and fluffy your finger should be sticking just from touching it. i just hope the dispensary get the dryness under control. You do not want kief falling off your bud like snow when you grind it.
