Easy visit in & out

The majority of their product is excellent, but the wait is ridiculous (everyday all day) and they are always closing early for this reason or that. If they could work out the issues with the absurd wait time and closing earlier than they advertise, this place would be the best spot around. Oh and watch out for the UKU vape cartridges, the majority of them are short, make sure they look at it before buying!

As a patient relatively new to the menu, I've enjoyed what I've purchased here for the most part. Recently I can't help but notice that a few strains I bought weeks ago for 50 dollars are now being sold under a different brand and for an increased price? Am I to understand this is the same in-house weed simply repackaged and marked up because of re-branding? How many other in-house strains is the company planning on selling under the new Seed and Strain brand? A little more information about what's happening rather than just changing the menu would be nice. Really curious to see how Patriot Care's menu change in the future.

I go to this dispensary all the time. Normally I have no complaints and I am always satisfied, but last night I was able to make it there just before close and the vape cartridge I got was half empty when I got home. Im aware they changed the method of filling to more measured so it could have appeared to be less filled, but the entire thin part of the metal element inside the glass was exposed. I have purchased other cartridges from this dispensary since the change and they were never that empty at the start. I couldnt call because they were already closed though Im not sure if they would believe me or what they could do even if they did. Again I really do love this place, but it might be a good idea to check the cartridges while your with an employee. Hopefully it was a fluke :)

The place is nice and clean. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Product is a little dry at times. This is my favorite place in Massachusetts.

They have no edibles. Two visits now. They blamed the soppliers.

Efficient system in place when I went, there was 2 receptionists to handle medical and recreational sign-in quickly and they were extremely friendly. The staff was great until I got to the bud-tenders, they were all in a group chatting amongst themselves and barely bothered to acknowledge me or the other medical patients at the counter. Chewing bright green gum with his mouth open while ringing me up, and not so much as a word beyond the total I was to pay. It certainly wasn’t enough to keep me from returning to this location especially because it’s incredibly convenient to where I live, but I certainly hope the staff at the sales counter is as courteous as the reception staff next time. It seemed like most of the staff at the counter just needed to be reminded that you shouldn’t talk to other staff you should talk to customers while at work, and that chomping gum with your mouth agape is bad service. Service at the counter aside, Product was decent, but sold in small quantities (1/16’s seriously?) selection was good but mostly 50/50 hybrids. Parking was not an issue but I’m unsure how it works for recreational customers.
