For being the most convenient of the only two dispos in this county it’s pretty upsetting that they’ve cut out several good brands also produced in the same county.
They preach medical priority but you can’t place an order unless it’s 5 minutes after closing otherwise the entire system is clogged with adult use.
The best thing about this place was the budtenders but I’m told they too are disappointed with how things have turned out since the take over.
I’m sure they’re going to continue to be successful solely because of the convenience of the location but from a medical perspective it’s not worth the hype.
If you are in the Cecil /Harford/Baltimore Co. area and are a medical patient in the Old Line State.., Bar none, Pharmkent is the place to be. Any questions regarding products, services, licensing and the like are answered with dignity and respect for the patient. Point system is well-communicated and honored when points become available along with discounts/deals/prices that are unmatched anywhere in the area. Shout out to Pharmkent and ALL of their staff!!!

The staff took the time to recommend and explain all of the products to a brand new patient. I went in nervous and came out feeling good about the purchases and the choices we made. Highly recommend this place to other patients who are new to cannabis.
I love the atmosphere here, very calming and relaxing, with highly knowledgeable staff. Never a long wait. They listen to me ramble on and on about Star Wars so they must be super nice! They always have the awesome flower I want.
I am a founder of PharmKent & I love the place! :) There is now & always has had great groups of young knowledgable peeps, I just love them all! I moved to NE a year ago, but when I'm in Elkton my Jeep just turns into the lot, lol! Keep up the great work!
