Phoenix Relief Center (Med/Rec)

This place has REALLY gone down hill. Between prices raised on the budget eighths to all of the specials and rewards points taken away to the brittle dry weed they think costs 40 dollars… I avoid this place and the people it attracts as much as I can but it is closest to my house sadly. Last time I was there, I was helped by a gentleman who was rude and seemed upset and stressed. a lady with dark hair and glasses stood behind him doing absolutely nothing to help the situation. She just stood there. Since the moment I got checked in to the moment I left, this woman was just standing there without a thought in her head . Then as I was leaving a customer clearly under the influence of something was yelling walking backwards and ran right into me. The other people there behave so wild that it made me uncomfortable to stand in the line. Phoenix Relief Center used to be better when they were deli style and treated their patients with respect instead of the desperate monetization they pull now. Don’t go here unless you want dusty old weed. Get it together!!!

I'm an avid reader of reviews everywhere I go and I saw the great reviews here but always got helped by one of the chicks. They never impressed me much because if you're not a dude they don't care about actually helping you, just shoving the most expensive bud in your hands and rushin you out the doors. I get it, gotta "work" for those tips, but some of us tip regardless of whats in your pants for good and INFORMED service. Well today Ryan helped me and this guy really lives up to his reviews. He gave me a ton of information about my chpices and he took his time and listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to him I got some bud that is exactly what I was looking for and right in the price range I wanted to spend. Yall blessed to have him working here. Consider retraining the majority of your.....staff.....on what "customer service" is. Hint hint its not acting "cute" or "sweet" for tips.

What Good to Location for a dispensary right next to a walmart real nice. plus the crumble is the best pain relief out there soo thank u for taking time with each customer and giving them a satisfaction guaranteed

I came in here two days ago, it was my first time. When I got there the two gentlemen working there took care of me from the very get-go. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about their product, laws, and basic facts on Prop 203. It felt great going into a facility and not having to make a "donation". This was my first time in an actual licensed dispensary and I will be back. The customer care and appreciation is better here than those compassion clubs. Being it was my first time, I received a free pre roll, which was bomb. Also picked up an 8th of some Kushberry. You talk about taste and delicious smell. this strain was it. Beautiful dense nugs with all all shades of green. Love the kushberry. Phoenix Relief is great. will be back again.

Great points and awesome flower

this is my second visit and second review. Upon my first visit, i was told i would be given two free prerolls if i wrote a review. Well i did the review and stopped in to pick up an 8th. They claimed to have 30 item, one strain i went there for. They only two items (flowers) . Then, they told me it's only one free pre roll for the review and they didnt give it to me as they said there is a delay in review posting. That is nonsense. They didn't have the meds. Advertised 30 items. They had two. They dididn't even give me the free pre roll that i was told would be two. SAD!!!

Og-18 was a very nice recommendation. Help me get through major discomfort cause of my Crohns. I help me enjoy my labor day weekend. Going to check out special today. Making a list and Checkn it twice going to find out what meds are nice. Thanks PRC ppp

Not professional at all!!! Not secured or private. No lobby. You walk in and there it is. Super shady. I walked right out. For the price I expected more. Will never return.

came in today for the free new patient gram. went home to smoke it. the gram looked small so I weighed it on my scale, .95 just like I thought.. it wasnt even a gram. I'm not too pissed about it considering it was free but for the people who are paying $12 for a gram... you're not even getting a gram. very dissatisfied with the fact that this dispensary can get away with this. never going back

Saw a bad review about quality of flower and figured I would go for the new patient special at least. Glad I did! I was very pleased with the taste and quality a little dry but the deal I got was worth it.

Great deal today on Oz, but..... very wrong for a MEDICAL marijuana business to have such great deals that actual patients can't be expected to wait in long lines for. People with Pain need a viable option to participate in suck deals ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PATIENTS are the reason for the business. I simply can't camp out and wait hours only to find that the ounces were sold out before opening at 9.....bad move

Alright so I come to this place all the time because it’s literally down the street from where I live. It’s super convenient for me and the online system is legit. But how you gonna raise the prices all of sudden on us medical patients ?! I usually get some nectar farms but I see they are now like $55 an eighth before tax . So that’s a $5 increase why would I pay that amount ? I will be shopping somewhere else going forward NO WAY am I going to pay that amount that’s ludacris ! Y’all treating medical patients like we are recreational folks . I’m taking my hundreds of dollars I spend each month somewhere else until the price goes back to $50 an eighth

This is my neighborhood Pharmacy and I love it. I have been to at least 7 different places and the only other one that comes close is Harvest of Tempe. Good bud & edibles. Friendly staff that knows their stuff. They treat their customers great with weekly deals and purchase points. My saved points paid my yearly fees - awesome!

WOW! The staff was the awesome, the meds were even better. They had great deals too. I hope they keep the Tokyo OG and Hawaii 5-0
