Best dispo near Stateline hands down. better than green stem but that's not saying much. better flower than any of the others, they take my cali med card which the others won't, they give you deals daily, have a rewards system, and fiiiiire edibles. love this place for when I have to shop at the store.

I love this Dispensary. So far between Niles & Buchanan, it is the best. Large selection. I get Red Bud Roots. I smoke for my anxiety disorder. I tried the RBR version of Snoop Dawg today, and unfortunately it set off my anxiety. Maybe a heads up to people with Anxiety/Panic issues like me. Most likely its just me. Ill just stick with my tride and true strains. But anyway, none the less ive tried all the Dispensarys in Niles Buchanan and this is the best with selection and prices. And just a cool atmosphere. Not a Dr office feel. This is my definite GO TO shop.

So I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the Buchanan pinnacle dispensary today. Since today is our day, I was anxiously awaiting putting my order in as soon as online ordering was available at 9:00 AM (est). I put my order in for an ounce of Lemon Berry #3. I chose to do in store pick up and picked a time of 10:45-11:00 AM since the store is over an hour away. It was 10:30 and I got a call saying that they had ran out of my stock. This first of all didn't make sense to me since I got a confirmation and everything. The caller said that I would be able to substitute once on site and working with a budtender. I was rather irritated but decided to continue on. I got to the store during my allotted pick up time of 10:45 and there was a line a mile long outside waiting to get in. I called and spoke to Rosa (manager on duty) and voiced my concern over the out of stock phone call and what she could substitute it for. While on the call, Rosa found more stock of the Lemon Berry and informed me it would be easier if I stayed my car and someone would be out momentarily to assist me. I waited approximately 45 minutes and no one came out. I called in to inquire what was going on and was once again informed someone would be right out.......30 minutes later and still no one so I called again and spoke to Rosa and she said they had been out so many times and couldn't find me even though I was exactly where I said i was parked. She said she saw my vehicle and someone would be right out and indeed within a couple of minutes someone was out and very apologetic about the runaround. He informed me that they were going to hook me up and give me a discount and a preroll for my problems. He took my money and drivers license and said he would be right back. Well over 30 minutes later and he still hadn't returned. I called again and spoke to Rosa and was now informed that the system was down and they didn't know when it would be back up.......by this time I had been sitting in the parking spot for over an hour and a half and was basically told there was no ETA. I totally ran out of time and asked to cancel the order and get my drivers license and money back which I received. So my whole fiasco started when I ordered at 9:00 am and made the one hour plus drive up to the store and ultimately left with nothing. I have to say that your communication was absolutely horrible all the way around and I will be very hesitant about doing business with this establishment again. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not such a happy 4/20

The place is kitschy and fun to visit, not like a clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory and can hook you up quickly. The prices can be good if you check for deals, but the bud is some of the tastiest and most potent in the area, best selection of wax too. The showroom is set up well for a couple of people to be able to browse comfortably without feeling cramped or unable to see the merch. Customers spend a lot of money at these dispensaries and Pinnacle Emporium treats them that way.

Come here often, never had an issue and my favorite place in the area for cannabis! Awesome staff makes u feel welcome at all times !

Always friendly and atmosphere is great,very knowledgeable and helpful irregardless of how indecisive may be that day,kid in a candy store every time. Hands down best deals around and selection is always plentiful whatever you may be in the mood for that day.

Pinnacle Emporium is one of my favorite shops to go to. They are very knowledgeable about product and have great deals! I also love their stickers!!😊 shop is clean and well maintained. Service is fast and reliable. If you have any problems they with help you out as much as they can or find someone that know that information. All around awesome store and they get my business al.ost every week. 😊

Today I came in with a friend, it was her 1st time. I love this place. She started off loving the front, staff was amazing, decor. off the chain. Then go in back and we get who we believe is the manager (young brunette female). She starts waiting on us and every answer is probably and well… She acted like we were an imposition to her. Then another budtender started talking to me and took over my transaction (tall, beard, teddy bearish) so kind that he made the sale as I was going to leave without buying anything. We come here for fun and to look around. I am sorry if we upset your day. We I still love your store, your staff rocks as does your weed. ✌️☮️

My Favorite place in the Area!

Amazing place! Been to a few dispensary so far and this is hands down the best. Their customer service is top notch. Answers all your questions and gives amazing recommendations!! If your looking for an amazing place then look no further

Though the bud is excellent in looks and performance, the bud i was directed to was a mid grade and pretty harsh. I personally enjoy a fresh skunky smell, with loads of flavor. The bud I purchased wasn’t what I was looking forward to. I’ll try again in a few months maybe it’s just what they had in stock.

Cheers to the new kid on the block! We went to Pinnacle first since there was a wait at Zen. We were greeted and checked in by a friendly young lady. I like the little boxes they have where you can look at and get a whiff of the bud....very clever idea. My budtender was very friendly, and helped me find just what I was looking for. The eclectic decor and memorabilia are a nice touch too. I'd definitely recommend visiting Pinnacle and I'll go back for sure.

Everything was ok till recently I found out from an employee that they are selling bogus strains. Gage has been taking kind tree buds and selling them as gage with a different strain name. I didn't think much of it till I recently purchased one of my go to strains and it was not the same. I haven't heard of cookies doing this but Gage definitely is. Not cool at all 🤬

Last time, I went there Sean, helped me out. He did great, helping me out. Really, chill dude and knew his stuff. I really, recommend this place.

Just moved to michigan and decided to try this place out. Way better than the first place i went to. They were friendly, affordable and had some great deals. I loved the whole atmosphere and posters and mural wall. Will definitely be back here. Happy weedster weekend yall.
