Best dispensary in Buchanan hands down. Great selection and very friendly staff. Ashley is always very nice and very helpful and I have never been disappointed with any of her recommendations.

From the first time shopping here until now I have ALWAYS had great experiences! Staff is kind and knowledgeable.

I’ve only been here four times, but each time I have had nothing to complain about. Their prices on flower and vapes are very reasonable. The first time I went in, Justin was my budtender and he was kind enough to show my mom and I around and explain how their loyalty program worked. All in all, I couldn’t recommend Pinnacle more!

I dealt with chris on my trips here, he made it very easy, i asked what the strongest edibles were and i bought them. Pinnacle offers great senior discounts and unlike many other edibles the ones i bought here worked.all in all great experience

We visited on a Monday hoping for a good experience. We weren't disappointed, our budtender Emily was amazing! She answered all our questions and was so patient and friendly. Will definitely shop again

Cheers to the new kid on the block! We went to Pinnacle first since there was a wait at Zen. We were greeted and checked in by a friendly young lady. I like the little boxes they have where you can look at and get a whiff of the bud....very clever idea. My budtender was very friendly, and helped me find just what I was looking for. The eclectic decor and memorabilia are a nice touch too. I'd definitely recommend visiting Pinnacle and I'll go back for sure.

I loved this shop. I can't recall his name, but he had awesome hair, and he was super helpful. He knew his stuff and his products, which is always a plus. The selection was pretty good. I will be back. I visited 3 shops in this small town yesterday, and this is one of the gems.

Today I came in with a friend, it was her 1st time. I love this place. She started off loving the front, staff was amazing, decor. off the chain. Then go in back and we get who we believe is the manager (young brunette female). She starts waiting on us and every answer is probably and well… She acted like we were an imposition to her. Then another budtender started talking to me and took over my transaction (tall, beard, teddy bearish) so kind that he made the sale as I was going to leave without buying anything. We come here for fun and to look around. I am sorry if we upset your day. We I still love your store, your staff rocks as does your weed. ✌️☮️

Though the bud is excellent in looks and performance, the bud i was directed to was a mid grade and pretty harsh. I personally enjoy a fresh skunky smell, with loads of flavor. The bud I purchased wasn’t what I was looking forward to. I’ll try again in a few months maybe it’s just what they had in stock.

Great vibe and artwork in the store! Very cool way to represent the culture and the past with their artwork. The customer service I found very friendly and helping to my medicinal needs. They were knowledgeable, and remained professional which I appreciated. Can’t beat their prices for the range of products on their menu, including hash rosin. Absolutely the best hands down!! Pleasantrees, clout king, candela... keep em coming! 🤤

This place is amazing! The shops aesthetic is great and the specialists are so nice. First time med shopper here and I forgot to mention one of their specials during my order. I went back and they took care of me, no issue at all. I will absolutely be going back when I make the trek from IL.
