the time people need deals, you take them away to make sure you squeeze every penny out of each gram. So much for putting your patients first , looks like your wallet come before anything .

My bud tender with colored hair and sparkling rainbow shorts with gages in ears.. was so rude and un helpful!!! He seem liked I was there bothering him... I didn't like guys attitude!!! I didn't do anything thing wrong but to go and be a customer.. instead I felting I was bothering him asking questions!! Boy the nerve of that guy!!

past 2 times had terrible customer service.

One of the worst dispensaries in AZ. customer service was awful and my budtender was too medicated to help me. very irresponsible and inconsiderate of my needs. Uneducated too. i asked about the cannabinoids in a specific strain and she starts talks about CBD.

Ponderosa you did me WRONG ! The worst quality flower I used to be a regular but no more, bad prices, bad deals, and super bad flower DONT RECOMMEND

I agree bad prices and promos will send people back to the streets. That's the opposite of what the dispensaries are supposed to be doing!

Another terrible experience at this place. I put an online order in.I get the the dispensary and was told that a manager needs to speak to me there’s a note on my account. After waiting 15 minutes I finally got pulled to the back and no manager. Hey bud tender did not know anything I was talking about so I asked for a manager and he was unhelpful and did not know what I was talking about because apparently there were notes on my account that were not complete. They held me up for 15-20 minutes for no reason a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. They are very unorganized with people standing around doing nothing giggling laughing like it’s a party. Get some adults in there and get it together.

Incredible. Staff was off-the-chain, so warm, welcoming and professional. They know their strains and products in and out — this is honestly the best clinic I have ever visited. Let me repeat that: ever. Fantastic strains available and the design, feel and vibe in there is just another reason I will make this my go-to shop. You guys are killin’ it!

well it was the second time I had this budtender and he acted like he was doing me a favor last time redeeming my points. last night of course I only had change available and try to use it and was told they would not take it, same bud tender. I left and went elsewhere where I actually spent more money than I was going to spend there as well as gas and time. I dislike the new faces around the dispensary because they seem to act like they don't care about the patients anymore. I still know a few people there and they have my utmost respect and I appreciate them. if I ever get this budtender again I will walk out.

I need to take a minute to talk about the eighth jars of badder. Ever since rec sales passed, and the price went up at the same time, the quality of these jars has consistently gone downhill. Yesterday I got an eighth jar of Alien Haze that just tastes like reclaim. This is very disappointing, but hardly the first time it's happened. The Topanga, the Biscotti, the Sour Durbz, and several others have all been rather lackluster. I used to recommend Ponderosa's baller jars to everyone as the most affordable quality badder you could get your hands on in the valley. After this jar I can't keep doing this. Whatever magic was in your lab before is almost definitely gone now. Hopefully you can figure out what's been going wrong and fix it in the future, but until that time I'm going to spend more at other places to get wax that tastes like actual bud instead of roasted peanuts.

Deeply saddened to say the customer service here is the reason I’ll never go back. Great bud, awful management.

Theres a gold mine off 43rd and indianschool that literally makes this place seem like the safeway of dispos. They too pricey for the products they got.

The canamo concentrate taste like butane soup, specifically the -white OG- would not buy there concentrates, I had to throw away the gram I just bought

My first visit here I thought was going to be a great one and I was planning on making this dispensary one of my "go to" but after I got home and saw I didn't get what I ordered, I literally told the guy what I want he repeats it and just to get home and find he grabbed the wrong bag granted if I was able to double check and look in the bag before leaving I would have seen plus the bag i was trying to buy had a thc percent of 35% just to find out the bud tender gave me a bag with the thc percent of 19% which is an incredibly significant decline in potency, so I called to speak with a manger for him to tell me their all out of that strain ironically and the 19% is the next best strain they have for the same price which I looked at their website and there was plenty of other strains with a high thc level and he try's telling me that next time I'm in I'll get 10% off my order which in my opinion is trash, how about I'll just take my business elsewhere and those bud tenders can keep the high percenters for themselves, just a purely horrible experience

great shop with some of the best flower I seen in a while especially in the west. my favorites have been grateful dead, valley og, Larry og. and I usually shop hwc p.r. but lately been loving the specials and meds being consistent. great job ponderosa keep this up #5yearcardholder

Imagine having Grow Sciences and Clean Concentrates at this location instead of tru infusion, Shango and Mohave...I think the valley would be elated

this was my favorite dispensary to go to until they raised the prices look like i need to find a different dispensary with concentrate deals

Just so you're aware this is the home of Sonoran Roots which you can buy at any other dispensary in the state for half the price feel free to go to Herbal Wellness Center Health for Life pretty much anywhere has their products cheaper than ponderosa

Proper bud structure, proper trim.. But it taste gross. My senses don't play tricks on me. I do the standard test I always do. Clean grinder for each strain, 4 different vapes for each strain, taste is really bad, all strains share the same contaminants, chocolate chlorophyll fish. It simply does not taste right. Oh well, there's only one place in AZ where the weed always smells like weed and nothing else. They are a deliver service. Peeps just got such low standards.. Who cares how pretty the buds are if they make your mouth water up (puke reflex) instead of give cotton mouth (like clean weed does)

My evaluation as a multi generational grower, mid level distributor and one of the last remaining hash importers: Friendliest staff. Positive attitudes. Not a fan of the product at all. Literally everything they grow has an external (in the plant fiber not the resin) smell. The strains I got had an odd enough flavor as is. Weird Lime perfume from OG would have been passable but the sugar free chocolate that every terrain shares was unbearable. Donated that bud to charity. I know why growers use this commercial fish emulsion product, it makes chlorophyll smell chocolatey. Only in the local white market would this be considered a good trait rather... Please pass this on to the growers: that nasty brownie flavor is holding everything back. PS that Orange whatever smells nothing like Durban Poison as my budtender claimed, it smells like a specific bottled product from the grow store. There are entire dispensaries that smells exactly like that. Nothing to do with Cannabis, its a product, dude. Az Mmj, the Twilight Zone of weed..
