I love ponderosa. Best customer service here in Arizona. The 75$ ounces are killer. You will not find a dispo that beats this one; with price and quality. If you haven’t check them out I really recommend you do ASAP

I put in a express and waited 45min before it was finally ready and my order was short one thing and they ran out a couple hours ago....No text or communication at all. And it shows as the item is available on their site.

A great dispensary for sure!! My budtender Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and amiable. The 2 top shelf buds i chose, Joes Lemonade and Mac, are definitely top shelf flowers in my opinion. They arent selling mids at top prices here, its the real deal! Need more like this place.

I really like ponderosa so I had built up a lot of points. So I used some points to get a free top tier eighth of my choice. I open up the eighth and it’s popcorn. The ogre strain I got was too notch but the free eighth was shake and popcorn. I was pretty disappointed about that and now I know what happens when I use points, I get scraps. Not right when you advertise a free top tier eighth but fail to mention its scrap shavings and popcorn.

Drive thru pick up area could be more organized. Otherwise good product and friendly workers.

First time boginwas nice. Tried a few different flower strains, 2/3 not bad. Grateful Dead and grade monkey were good the grape Durbz not so much, seed in the first bowl I had from it. But the bud tender was nice and helpful on strains and quantity. I'd go back.

Been here a few times not much of a fan of the deli style but the quality was there.... but today I bought an ounce of flower and was very disappointed in the appearance. Paid $295 for an ounce of popcorn! Definitely not what I expected. Won’t be buying that much from there again. The bud was more pebbles not even popcorn. Again, very disappointed. If they allowed returns I would bring it back as quick as I could. And the flower is dry AF😡 Don’t think I’ll be back for awhile 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Love coming to this dispensary, little further from the one local to me but I come here especially for the deli style flower tending and home of the canamo concentrates! Try out the Ghost OG or the Fire OG

As a long time medical patient, I'm confident in saying I have visited pretty much every dispensary in the West Valley and some are bad and some are good but Poderosa stands head and shoulder above them all. The product (flower) is consistently a good value and you will never go home and have that nagging feeling that they ripped you off. I generally go with the higher end product and can say the price vs quality is a deal even at the higher price point. There are numerous deals throughout the week and even if I am not aware of a deal they are quick to point out a better deal. The only negative I can think of is they are pretty consistently crowded but I guess that is the price you pay for being a dispensary folks will drive across town to visit.

Placed order at 801am so they couldn't say they ran out but its ok bad business leads to less business from me..Bait n switch kind of shady business will confirm your order then you'll drive there thinking you're goin to get what you ordered only to find out they switched it out until you notice hey that's not what I ordered. And they tell you we ran out such BS..

If you have a window order and the order isn't correct, you shouldn't make the customer wait 27 minutes and let 20+ rec people go ahead of a medical patient. What's the point in making express order and being a medical patient if you don't make them a priority? Do you care more about the ordinary rec user over a loyal medical user? I should have been next in line for the door, but as I was told you changed your order, now you have to wait. That wait was 27 minutes.. I waited 27 more minutes on my express order you messed up, and that's somehow my fault? After I get my free Oz from my points next time I come in I'll never be coming here again to spend my money and from my math you'll lose about $12,000 a year from you doing this to me today. I know your manager won't care, but 12 grand is 12 grand, you won't be getting from me anymore. Anyway, in the past few months, your flower hasn't been very good like it used to be, and the people you have working need an attitude adjustment.

Made an online order earlier in the day came in the evening of and all online windows are closed and I have to wait anyways what’s the freaking point of online orders! Not only that nobody has the decency to call you and say hey we’re short staffed so online window is closed! 🤡🤡

Disappointed.❗️ Leafly price listed 2 for $20 for "Thunder clowdz" vape, Receipt says, $15 each. I mentioned to the budtender, "she responded snarky and rude and said they were 2 for $30. Either I have funny eyes or not everyone is not on the same page, and false advertisement is listed. Turns out thunder clowdz was just a rainy cloud. It hardly works! 🗑
