Usually when u make an online order 6 walk-ins don’t go ahead of you especially if they come in after but 1 thing I learned not all dispensaries have quality express line

Ponderosa Releaf is a fantastic dispensary, customer service is excellent, their product is reasonably priced and high quality,The employees know their product very well and I trust their guidance when needed

didn't think the curb side service through at all. placed an order and they didn't even text me. 2 hours later I call and its been ready then I have to wait in drive thru line for an hour. love the quality but the service is not thought thru.

love coming to ponderosa love the deli style sonoran roots flower but today Angelica she just don't know how to make a customer feel good about their purchased she wasn't rude but she just threw little buds and that grape milkshake has some huge nugs thats why I got a half OZ so I can get a decent half OZ didn't feel good at all once I looked at the container felt like going back and letting her know always throw the big nugs then what ever is left do what they want with it.Thanks Ponderosa

I put in a express and waited 45min before it was finally ready and my order was short one thing and they ran out a couple hours ago....No text or communication at all. And it shows as the item is available on their site.

A great dispensary for sure!! My budtender Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and amiable. The 2 top shelf buds i chose, Joes Lemonade and Mac, are definitely top shelf flowers in my opinion. They arent selling mids at top prices here, its the real deal! Need more like this place.
