Been coming here for years and today was the first day that I ever felt uncomfortable not wanting to come back. Don’t know his name but he has dreads. I was a little bothered that he asked me to go update my card when I have already done that twice! Went to front she said it’s been updated. Went back told him it has been updated. He rang up everything in silence. Didn’t acknowledge me at all when I came back. Handed me my bag and looked away. No thank you come again no empathy no nothing! Just lame! Not like any other person there. I understand I was upset but his job is to provide customer service and he failed at that.

Quality has gone down and flower is dry now. I by top shelf to get the best. The last few orders I've got are just crap. Are you pushing the dry bud on to your loyal preorder customers because that's what I've got the last two times? Time to go elsewhere!

Upon this visit, my top shelf looked like popcorn. I’ve had better bud in the $20 prepacked 1/8ths. Still dig the Releaf.

I have been all over the valley since obtaining my card around this time last year. If you like grass, this should be your spot. I’ve found consistent high-quality bud for a reasonable price. I don’t need to look any father. If there is a line it moves fast and the budtenders are sweet. Check them out!

Ponderosa is the best in AZ hands down from tree to edibles to concentrate, whatever you need the pretty much got it all and are really knowledgeable on there product. If you haven’t been here yet quit waisting your time and come to best in the west!!! 👐

Staff professional knowledgeable of product highly recommend flour grateful Dead best in Arizona took away $75 ounces which is very discouraging and and took away my business for flower your $20 h were plentiful and respectable now they seem to be less selection I had asked to we igh my product and it weighed less and they took what was less and did not add it

I’ve used these guys for two years and I’m honestly scared to purchase after my most recent visit. They went dry for a few weeks and had no $75 ounces once they got in stock they bumped the new deal to $95 still no big deal . I buy snoop triple OG. Looks great smells great , dried properly nothing you would suspect. I still have some left because of how disgusting this stuff smokes black like charcoal and will not BURN! I’ve had to buy 8 packs of blunt wraps just to burn this crap !! I said something to my Budtender and his response was “ I’ll let them know “ I even offered to bring it in so the manger could check that crap out ! Your concentrates make me cough and started tasting like burnt hair , the only thing left worth buying was $75 ounces . You guys have definitely lost a long term custy !! I loved the white Ash all gas , changing the quality of product to meet demands is ridiculous and a move I wouldn’t make GOODLUCK guys . One love
