Good place, seemed a bit under staffed

They changed the policy on point redemption.. I have enough points to get an ounce, but couldn't get an ounce of the strain I wanted.. Wasted over an hour when someone could have posted something and saved me the time!!

The quality is always tops but I really would wish they figure out there taxes cuz the price is never the same especially when it come to how the tax you on there so-called bogo if it’s free why do I get tax on the total cost then you deduct the price of the product so I am paying taxes on 2 products not 1 so if it’s free or buy one get one shouldn’t I only pay and be taxed on what i am buying I am not buying 2 items but the item I bought is bogo so why do I pay tax on the bogo item I thought if you buy one you get but they tax you like your buying 2 so got to sad that the only thing I don’t like about ponderosa I am about my money and I pay attention to all my money transactions and when I ask for Clarification i get a friendly nonsense answer cause no one what’s to admitted they ripping off there customers that keep them in business nothing I can do but spread what I have experienced Still, their quality of products is tops, but how the operate is where I have an issue.

I love the way that you guys have changed the shop. Love the smoke, but the changes with not taking your bag to the back is crazy.

Location good I’m tired of being misleads I got an oz of selected strains for 75 as I was told wen I called to ask if the 75$ oz was popcorn buds I was told no so I drove all the way over there picked up my order and low and behold I got crappy popcorn stemmy flower I’m very disappointed and do not want these popcorn buds that are full of steams What I don’t understand is why would they tell you it’s not popcorn but it is people don’t know how to do their jobs I’m really mad not like you can return it

the service was always great then today it wa terrible. The bud tender was slow and didnt seem to know hard she was doing. then took 15 minutes to ring me up and ended up overcharging me and giving me less product then I ordered. I went back and explained my story 5 times to two people waited another 10 plus minutes for resolution. worst service experience ever.

I love ponderosa releaf I have been going since they opened in Peoria. Ponderosa always have the best flower I have never been disappointed. The budtenders are the greatest they really take care of you.
