I put in a express and waited 45min before it was finally ready and my order was short one thing and they ran out a couple hours ago....No text or communication at all. And it shows as the item is available on their site.

A great dispensary for sure!! My budtender Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and amiable. The 2 top shelf buds i chose, Joes Lemonade and Mac, are definitely top shelf flowers in my opinion. They arent selling mids at top prices here, its the real deal! Need more like this place.

Ponderosa Relief is one of my favorite places to shop for Bud . Great service exellent product and easy access off the freeway and highly knowledgable staff .

I know a lot of people just give straight 5's but I would say that this is one of the few places that deserve that. The staff is incredibly pleasant, and the product is next level.

Been here a few times not much of a fan of the deli style but the quality was there.... but today I bought an ounce of flower and was very disappointed in the appearance. Paid $295 for an ounce of popcorn! Definitely not what I expected. Won’t be buying that much from there again. The bud was more pebbles not even popcorn. Again, very disappointed. If they allowed returns I would bring it back as quick as I could. And the flower is dry AF😡 Don’t think I’ll be back for awhile 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Upon this visit, my top shelf looked like popcorn. I’ve had better bud in the $20 prepacked 1/8ths. Still dig the Releaf.

Love coming to this dispensary, little further from the one local to me but I come here especially for the deli style flower tending and home of the canamo concentrates! Try out the Ghost OG or the Fire OG

MY REVIEW KEEPS GETTING DELETED SO I WILL KEEP POSTING !!!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DISPO!!! One day you get served, the next day your BANNED FOR NO REASON. Don’t even bother ADVOCATING for the person wrongly banned for you will then get banned as well. They won’t even give you the reason why you are supposedly banned when you ask. All they say is it’s a corporate decision but flat refuse to give corporates number to dispute anything! Management is extremely rude and they screw you over. AVOID THIS DISPO AT ALL COSTS!!! Will be filling requisite complaints with both AZDHS & B.B.B.

Tried this place last week, got a BOGO for a FTP and a card to get more bonuses with the next 4 visits! Including another BOGO on 5th visit! High quality flower and very competitive prices, friendly staff, I can't wait to go back! 😊

The Thunder Cloud 2 gram carts are junk. They break easily and they leak. I've wasted money on three of those. Stay away from this product...

Everyone was nice except p/u window employee. No smiles.. no personality.. should’ve sent him home to go back to bed and get out on the other side b4 coming back to work. He showed me he hates his job. He told me I threw my money at him. Review your camera footage then. No where near a throw my friend. I laid it down in front of him. He’s just a jerk. I’ll shop here again but I’ll avoid him like Covid.

Angie was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is new for me and had no clue what to expect or what to buy. She made the experience very comfortable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! All the staff is very friendly and service is very convenient!
