Ponderosa Dispensary - Glendale

I have had my card for years now and never have I had so much disrespect for a mistake made by the employees of your company specifically frank bell and Daniel C for not only false advertising but then confirming my order, giving me confirmation that I’m good to go only to call me hour later when I’m right there to try to say you can’t honor a mistake on you guys like it’s my fault. Then when I’m asking to speak to the guy in charge all they can do is misdirect me to someone under so they can not honor what they have already confirmed and try and cover their own behind when it was there mistake on their end I’m getting harassed for like they can’t honor it.

Flower isnt all that but I do commend you guys for putting real thc percentages on the bud. Most dispensaries lie claiming they have strains over 30% all the time but its lies

Quick, awesome atmosphere

I really like most of the flower here. I do like the vibe of the place. however the canamo shatter is horrible. I've tried it out on 3 different occasions and it's just not right. I'll be back for flower but not the canamo shatter

I love the deals and quality of the flower here. But Move the ATM. It makes no sense to have wait for someone to pull out money to pick up your order. People forgetting they pins and etc. Pick up is suppose to be an in and out service.

Been coming here for years and today was the first day that I ever felt uncomfortable not wanting to come back. Don’t know his name but he has dreads. I was a little bothered that he asked me to go update my card when I have already done that twice! Went to front she said it’s been updated. Went back told him it has been updated. He rang up everything in silence. Didn’t acknowledge me at all when I came back. Handed me my bag and looked away. No thank you come again no empathy no nothing! Just lame! Not like any other person there. I understand I was upset but his job is to provide customer service and he failed at that.

Been coming here for over a year straight as my main dispensary and I leave here with a better experience every time. Can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the customer service! Cindy you are AMAZING!!
